Quite possibly the weirdest premise for a movie I have ever witnessed, and it features the talents of multiple Oscar winners.
This is Bugsy Malone, a gritty mafia movie, with an all child cast, musical numbers, and whipped cream Tommy guns. It's weirder than you can imagine.
