I'm going through health challenges out of the blue now when I thought I was so close to God and preparing now this is a huge trial I cant even see the future like I did. Dont even feel like myself. Praying I come alive again and God delivers me . My mindset is usually strong in the word through #trials, this is something different. Hormones are not joke. Such a distraction, God help me regain my mental and physical strength to serve you and your kingdom again.

Over time, any "signs" I was still clinging to were removed so that all I can cling to is God himself. He will make a way for me even if it's not the way I wanted it. God's been telling me that all along, it's what gave me strength to break things off in the first place.

This is exactly for me in this moment of my life. I have made grave mistakes in the past few weeks that have hindered me from increasing my closeness with God. I have been spiritually attacked for a week and a half now about my wait. Had a man come in and out of my life just like that, thought it would send me backwards 2 years in my self belief again. I took and am still taking my thoughts captive moment by moment and making them obedient to what God says about me and why I’m still waiting at my age. I’m trusting God to deliver on His promise for my life and the man he has rushing towards me who will be worth the wait. I cannot wait to meet him. It’s hard waiting. Another year comes and goes but I’m trusting in His plan for me. Thanks Mark for this impeccably timed reminder of what my waiting season is for. Back to focusing on my life before anyone else! And most of all to God!

I initially never had a desire to be with a partner in my life because God had always filled my life with good things and stuff to do. But, because this is a fallen world. Many times I compromised for other people out of fear. This is such a sensitive conversation to have and I wish I knew earlier in life. And many times I almost left the faith because of the compromises and constant accusations from the world.
I'm single 25 (Male) Trusting in the Lord, I know that the Lord will potentially bring someone in my life. I do trust him for my future, I do believe lifestyle changes (fitness, hygiene, character building), or putting yourself in more circumstantial opportunities are ultimately crucial. This is very encouraging for me today. Going through that list has confirmed to me that I am hearing from Yahweh to wait for now; I am growing and learning and getting closer to Him everyday. Does He let us know when the waiting is nearly over? I have a time frame in my mind that I'm not sure if it is of Him or my own thoughts and when ever I pray about it all I hear it "trust in Yahweh, if is comes to pass then you will know."
The other day, I asked God what was on His heart and I heard a voice 3x, a think I heard another voice but I don't think it was God... This what I heard soon as I aksed God: "Be patient" (Which I hear a lot actually) and I asked again: "I love you so my son" and then I asked one more time and I heard "You know me and I know you" and the other voice which wasn't God said "You will fail". And seeing this reminds me on how God tells me a lot to be patient. Me and my girlfriend had a falling out a few months ago and I've been alone and single since which is starting to drive me insane idk why but it is- anyway. This video shows up and I'm praying for the one and I keep seeing stuff about being patient, wait, prepare, etc. So I have chills now

Ive done and felt the same. If im being right and careful with this I suspect it shows us what is trying to rule over us. If it is a reckless and an evil then it may try to lead us to hate God and produce bad fruit. I think we must have faith to seek stability in Christ and carefully let our feelings go if we have clearly been shown they arent the one. But I suspect just like me you may wonder if we may miss out if they are? Its up to you to decide. I have a time frame in my mind that I'm not sure if it is of Him or my own thoughts and when ever I pray about it all I hear it "trust in Yahweh, if is comes to pass then you will know."
When you are unsure, do what is wise. God works through wisdom too. You will never be perfect so in wisdom you should not wait forever :)
The other day, I asked God what was on His heart and I heard a voice 3x, a think I heard another voice but I don't think it was God... This what I heard soon as I aksed God: "Be patient" (Which I hear a lot actually) and I asked again: "I love you so my son" and then I asked one more time and I heard "You know me and I know you" and the other voice which wasn't God said "You will fail". And seeing this reminds me on how God tells me a lot to be patient. Me and my girlfriend had a falling out a few months ago and I've been alone and single since which is starting to drive me insane idk why but it is- anyway. This video shows up and I'm praying for the one and I keep seeing stuff about being patient, wait, prepare, etc. So I have chills now

I was thinking of downloading dating apps. I don’t feel like it’s what god wants, but I also don’t know if it’s just fear. Waiting is confusing. I would hate to wait so long only to discover I waited until the ship has sailed.
There’s nothing wrong with online dating if used properly. I recommend being very clear about your Christian convictions in your profile. While even Christian online dating services have many players, I do recommend avoiding the free secular apps

Yes God wants to come first. And honestly, marriage is not promised to everyone, another factor that many are not willing to accept. We don’t have to turn addition into trigonometry. The Bible already tells us the traits to seek in a mate, if he desires marriage for you. The chances of him showing or sending you someone are simply not as common as we think. It doesn’t happen for most people

I always feel cautious if God puts in my heart to wait for someone cause it makes me feel desperate. As much as I try to move on and suppress their name and traits, I continue to desire a marriage with him. I even tried dating apps and I don’t have interest on no one. Any thoughts?
Ive done and felt the same. If im being right and careful with this I suspect it shows us what is trying to rule over us. If it is a reckless and an evil then it may try to lead us to hate God and produce bad fruit. I think we must have faith to seek stability in Christ and carefully let our feelings go if we have clearly been shown they arent the one. But I suspect just like me you may wonder if we may miss out if they are? Its up to you to decide. But for me im choosing to let go little by little by distancing myself from him so as to not let evil develop and take root. Hard and saddening as it is🥲Best of luck and may God be with you. Yeah I got sick of waiting and meeting single moms after single moms and I want my own not some gang members leftover and now I'm too old to start a family even though I did the right thing women always rejected me so I gave up on dating and the lord because he doesn't exist
