    I am uploading the continuation; he has more to say about color and how it is diversified, about peroxide use, and avoiding color waste in the salon. It is uploading as we speak. Just search for Haircolor; Max 2: peroxide, gray coverage, volumes, usage. It will be ready very soon! There is another one after this about the color formulas, underlying pigment, desired color; the whole thing! I will call it Haircolor; MAX 3, COLOR FURMULAS. I will post it today or tomorrow. Please watch.

    This class with this educator it’s been the best I’ve encounter so far. And this is about 10 urea ago y’all. This is a true fundamentals basic and it’s very informative to this day July 27/2021 . Today educators are all over the place and confusing the youngest doing hair. With whatever vocabulary/ new names they invent 😆 for example tons are calling everything Balayage! Stop 🛑 calling every look balayage ppl. That’s said practice everyday and continuing following true educator s leaders . Stay up to date in color technologies bc as he says it changers w time, and so everyone’s hair , immune system- ❤️🇨🇦

      By practicing them on pieces of hair; lighten them, color them dark next, lighten to color red, try to make that blond; now try to revive the hair and add fillers, try to make that dark again, and you are a color master; to add to the experience, do some funky colors and see what happens. That's what a great colorist goes through; personal experience and errors and fixes. Answered by BeautyHealthTravel channel.

    This is reaaally interesting, and explains why I have been so dissatisfied when I have been to the hairdressers, had horrid experiences when hairdressers have been so scared to use browns on me with a greenish base lest I end up with green hair. My hair is a SIX. It has been lightened on the ends and given golden/copper colours on the roots against my wishes. If I am understanding correctly, green tones are exactly what I needed to neutralise the browns and get back to closer to my natural cool ash brown level 6. Actually the best colour I've had, they were scared it would be too flat/green and I said go for it, it will warm up more after a few washes anyway. It did exactly that, to perfection. But the second visit they were determined to add a little gold and what do you know? Now it has faded I have orange hair. Again.

    I’m in my second semester of the cosmetology program at Waukesha County Technical College and next we’re learning corrective coloring HOWEVER unfortunately my color instructor was not that great at teaching this, kinda all over the place creating more confusion than understanding. Thank god ive found you, you made more sense in 30 min over two ,months of classes.
    Do you have a segment educating how to formulate a guests color who has had years of precious color done? I now understand how to formulate color on natural or virgin hair but unsure how to start formulating hair that was chemically altered before sitting in my chair and my guest is not a good source for obtaining her hair history.

  • @lisathebeautician6489
    @lisathebeautician6489 6 років тому +1

    It seems that you can create the perfect neutral in any level if you use 3 parts yellow, 2 parts red, and 1 part blue...we can remove and add “parts” to create different bases...all we need are yellow, red, and blue in each level👍

      Also now, in 2018-2019, the trendsin haircolor manufacturing is leaning towards producing ingredients that are organically sourced & products made non GMO, gluten free, cruelty free, etc.
      Perhaps take your existing lines, & use organic ingredients built into the formulas.
