  • This is a class for salon professionals, cosmetologists, beauty school students, and barbers to learn more about haircolor formulas to lift the hair and how they work. Learn about level 6 tone blue green 6BG (blue/green). At level 6, where the red/orange is dominant, you need to have that blue green. Learn how much pigment of hair use when you are lifting. Learn what volume peroxide to use. Bright orange lives in level 7 hair, so double dye loads of blue will cancel that orange. Learn about funky fun colors. They are fun, but the direct dyes are the ones that bring you money. The difference between direct dyes and oxidative tints are that direct dyes are pre-oxidized colors and they stain the hair. The color molecule is larger for direct dye. Oxidative tint molecule is small and it needs to be mixed with an oxidizer to develop. Learn how direct dyes fade. Is that a fact? It's inevitable the direct dye will fade. What happens when hairdresser mix the clear color with direct dye, does it work or no? The clear will close the cuticle and the direct dye stain will not be able to sit on the cuticle. When you dye your hair black, is it easy to take it out? What happens when you color your hair with permanent black hair color? What do you need know when a person with black haircolor wants to go blond? Do you have to cut the hair ends with overlapped black haircolor? Use a demi permanent black haircolor so it will be easier to remove if you client wants it out or wants to go lighter. Hairdressers, learn how to educate your clients for then to understand what color tone suits their skin tone. Learn how to be a professional hairdresser. My mom is currently a level 3 dark brown, and she was hoping to go up 2 levels to a neutral/warm 5 with some level 6 gold tones. She has maybe 10% gray and a few streaks of old dye from a previous job. I know color doesn't lift color, but is there any way I can mix up something close at home? Or better to go darker all over and follow with bleached highlights?

    I always colour from a level 1 so I always need a double dye load of Green for levels 5 and 6 (5GG and 6GG). J Beverly Hills have a 6BB but don't have 6GG. What brands off these please? Any ideas anyone?

    Brassy color is from level 2 to 6. After bleach hair is not like the red corrector color. It is dark brass.
    So the best solution is blue blue green.
    The best use of green is between 7-10

    My Stylist took my hair from cheap Box Color Black, (that I had used over the years at home) to Orange, using a Pravana Lift. Then, bleached it - baby-lights, and toned it to a light platinum blonde - with only a light hue of yellow. So, it is NOT impossible to take someone with black hair to blonde like he says in this video. Maybe JBH colors are not able to do that, I.D.K.
    But, it was done to MY hair all in one day. No, my hair was NOT fried, like you might think it HAD to be . . . she was very careful, took great precautions, and was very picky. I use very good hydrating and reconstructing products on it, as well. Is there damage? Of Course.
    All bleached hair is damaged! But, all in all, it is very good shape. Other Stylists that see it are shocked and tell me, "Your Stylist really knew what she was doing! She did a GREAT job!"
    My Point: Very very dark hair CAN be made blonde! It's WORK, but, can certainly be done.

      Raven aren’t you just a magical little
      Unicorn whose single experience disproves a professional with years and years is training. Obviously YOU know more than him because YOU went to a stylist and you have no cosmetology experience and you think that hair that needs “the correct teconstructors” isn’t damaged because it feels nice. It’s still weak and prone to breakage. Maybe your level 5 hair is thin and fine as shit and can’t hold color anyway and removing it is easy any. A single experience doesn’t mean anything sunshine.

    what is single dye low I did not quit get it

    • @BeautyHealthTravel
      @BeautyHealthTravel  10 років тому +1

      Single dye load is less pigment than double dye load, that's double the pigment in the dye, like more intense color.
