Just got mine 2 days ago and I'm in love with it. After using a Viper Ultimate for almost 3 years and wanting something new, I couldn't stomach spending the ridiculous amount for the Viper V3 Pro, so happy with my X1 Ultimate! Great review man
@@imsensagaming A worthy upgrade for indeed! I still have virtually no complaints about the mouse and it doesn’t leave my desk. Appreciate the kind words!
@@dazztrazak MCHOSE L7 have insane low latency from what I saw. I bought 2 f1 extreme and it ended up being the same price of 1 flagship mouse from big companies. Nowadays if someone is in a budget and want really good mouse buying from chinese brand is the way to go.
@@cringekid69 Yea I 100% agree there, the quality of those mice has shot way up recently and no reason to break the bank on flagship if you can't afford it.
@@gudmundursveinsson9060 Interesting, first I’ve heard of that but would be curious if anyone else had that issue. Were you able to contact ATK for any type of resolution?
@dazztrazak the transaction no longer shows up on AliExpress from when i bought it so i didn't bother. It's cheap and was mainly for seeing if i would like the viper v3 shape
X1 is a banger for sure, have 2 copies both identical good qc. (28 other mice). Another absolute banger from china is the Mchose M7 (zowie u2 clone) , mine has flawless qc and got it for 50$, very much worth checking out if you want to experiment abit.
Incredible review, i'm currently looking for a new mouse as the dav3 wired i have feels too big and my old g pro wireless (not the superlight) feels weird in my hand, starting to hurt specifically where you have your grip tape on the op1 8k. I was wondering what you would recommend between the op1 8k, x1 pro or mad r/r1 pro
@@alexk.411 Mad R is the safest recommendation given it’s mid sized and the X2 shape it copies (mostly) is pretty generic, flatter sides. X1, having the VV3 shape, is pretty safe and universal and the comfort grooves and coating feel really good. It’ll fill your hand out more. OP1 I would be cautious of unless you’re sure you’re good with a smaller mouse both length and width wise. Otherwise it’s amazing and my favorite mouse at the moment. If you wanted a larger great claw option, XM2W or 8k is a great mid to large size hand option.
I think I heard in one of your reviews that you have a scale, what does your X1 Ultimate and Mad G come in at on your scales? I think you changed skates on them too and that's fine just list the skates used in the weighing 😃. Also might be worth showing in future video reviews if you have the ability to do so.
Yup! X1 Ultimate with stock skates is 55.2 grams and Mad G with 5 dot skates is 48.2 grams. And I for sure agree, was trying to figure out what camera to use for that give the needed top down angle. May resort to tripod/phone cam :)
@@dazztrazak Awesome! Thanks a lot for the quick reply again. This is exactly what I was curious to know. I was wondering how close ATK came to hitting their +/- mark with the Ultimate release. I know there is definitely copy to copy variance and even the color can affect it but I did want the white Ultimate and red Mad G.
@@ajkii1487 If money is any object at all I would get the X1 ultimate all day. Then if it wasn’t I think I might still get the X1 and save the difference or get a nice mousepad too haha.
Great review and you posted it quickly after the suggestion. Do you think you have any preference between the side buttons on the X1 Ultimate vs the Mad G Max?
@@hgantic13 neither of them are my absolute favorite but both are good. I prefer the location and size of the Mad G side buttons though. They remind me of well Lamzu side buttons which makes sense, a little on the larger side.

watching your videos and you have all the Chinese bangers
Haha yes, MCHOSE L7 and Mad R review coming, may do a budget showdown for that. Will mention the VXE R1 as well.

Had one of these for a few months. Sensor started freaking out with random showdowns, so the lifetime expectancy isn't the greatest

great review! i'm still loving mine. hoping they do a unique colorway, or I might attempt painting mine.

Can you add in the grip width? someone with larger hands like mysef, might want to know how wide the grip is. Thanks
Going to check into a tool for that now :)
