- Hey everyone, I apologize I've been M.I.A. that past few months, I'm a little late putting this video out put I finished my instrument rating at UAA. I just wanted to give an overview of how my check ride went. I've already started my commercial training and will make some video's on how its going so far. Thanks!!!
Found your video when researching united aviation academy. Looking forward to videos showing your completion.
Do you have any updates?
it's been a year, how are you coming along?
I'm a student pilot that has struggled getting their medical from the FAA. Have you ever seen someone try to go through the United Aviate program and then have medical issues?
I haven’t seen anyone with medical issues yet but it’s always possible
How long did it take you to get your PPL, and how long did it take for your instrument?
Hey there it took about 4 months for PPL and 5 for IR
Hey man I saw your first video and I was wondering if during the application process they asked for a college diploma in addition to your transcripts and resume, or if all you needed to input was your resume and transcripts.
Thanks for all the information!
hey just got my ppl from a part 61 school here in Minnesota, would you recommend uaa or should I just keep pushing with regular part 61
Each have their own pros and cons you just have to see which pros and cons fit with your goals best
Yo man are you still in the program
Hey thanks! I passed the assessment and got accepted I just need to turn my documents in should I continue or do a local mom an pop?
Love seeing your videos man. how many UAA grads do they typically bring on as instructors? Hope youre around when i start. Best wishes thx
I’m not 100% sure how many but I know it’s a pretty straight forward transition process
You received your private about 7 months ago. Did it take 7 months to receive your instrument rating?
Took my 4 months to get my PPL and roughly 5 for IR
How busy are you during training? Are you studying multiple hours a day?
Yes a study multiple hours a day and fly about 3 hours if I’m scheduled to fly that day
@@flyguyjp1469 would you say 1 hour flying = 1 hour of studying on your own?
