Love the big fellas! So far for BP/GH I have only done heroes but with BR is it the other way around with only the Mystic Troll to go to finish the large monsters. Watch It Paint It is a good channel. Seen a lot of his stuff. Another good channel I'd recommend is Sorastro's Painting - well worth checking out. And please keep up the good work on here. I look forward to seeing what you do with the abominations!
Thanks man! Haha I do plan to base it at some point. I just didn't have the basing materials I needed at the time. :) Thinking I'll prob do a basing video when I get back to that.
Gotta say mate, your Troll is one of the best if not the best that I've seen, I especially love the tattoos, they look brilliant. When painting mine I started off with natural skin tones and thought it looked a bit too similar to the paint scheme I'd painted the Frost Giant in, so I went a bit radical and painted over it with greens, it looks ok, just about. I might strip it back and redo it after seeing yours though. Great video, keep it up. Bravo that man!
WOW he came out great! I started painting him, attempted the shadow effect (badly) on his hands and arms, and then shelved him. This has really gotten me motivated to start painting him again!

Do you plan to do expansions also? Gods, Mystics and Ram Clan? Right now I'm done with Wolf and Bear clans based on your videos. I love them. Great job, keep up posting these. :)

I definitely want to get them though! I've thought about possibly incorporating them (and other game expansions) into the Patreon and channel goals - that way it becomes something we work towards together and can likewise celebrate together. What do you think? Would love to hear what you and anyone else thinks about that idea. :)
It sounds great. I'm happy to see Raven clan is already on the way. I have extremely hard time to paint any small things in holes, like eyes. My brushes should be high-quality ones with small enough ends (00 I believe) Still either I cover almost nothing or I paint dirty around the socket. In your bear clan video, you highlighted bear eyes and men nipples. I had no problem with the nipples but the eyes were impossible. Do you have any tips?
Eyes can be hard - I avoid them as much as possible haha But when I do actually paint them I tend to use a 000 brush - though a 00 should be just fine as well. They're both really small. The biggest things I've found that help when painting those fine details is having the right paint consistency and only having a small amount of paint on your brush. So usually when I'm painting those finer details, I thin the paint I'll be using so it flows nice and smooth, and then I rinse out my brush really well, make sure it's not holding a ton of water, then get just a small bit of paint on the very end of the brush and twist it on the palette to get a nice fine tip. Then I very carefully dot in the eyes or whatever fine details I'm painting. Which I guess is also another helpful tip - I try kind of dabbing on the eyes rather than trying to brush them in (if that makes sense)
