Toomes's memory of Peter Parker would have been erased anyway so there is zero reason for him to be transported back to the Venom-verse. Let's face it, this is just Sony being stupid and making yet another terrible superhero film.

Nah they just want to push a sinister 6 movie like they did in TAS2. They don’t care how bad it makes the movie look, they must promote the sinister 6 any way they can even if it doesn’t make sense
@@derangedking117 and I don’t understand why. If they took their time to make a sinister 6 movie people might actually enjoy it but instead they keep rushing stuff and I don’t understand the point
I watched the Morbius Movie yesterday, thought the first hour was fine, could see what they were trying to do with it, but definitely feels like rushed, which is strange considering the amount of times it's been delayed, had a couple of good moments, just very frustrating as there's a lot of material out there about the character, best thing about it in my opinion was Matt Smith 👍
It made no sense that the vulture was put in the sony universe when he originated from the MCU. The only thing I can come up with is that they are trying to set up a sinister 6 movie. Otherwise vulture has no business being in the Sony universe if he came from the MCU. Even though he is owned by sony for movie rights.
they also just said screw vulture's family, the kid who should be really pissed at peter parker that they just left out.. not to mention the fact he left the mcu being cool with peter parker/spiderman but now for some odd reason has beef with spiderman.... now he did say "lets team up to do some good" that could be an indicator that maybe they're not bad guys for this sinister 6 team???
I am so worried now that after all the hype there has been for TASM3 that this mess will lead up to it and I really pray that it doesn't now because Andrew Garfield deserves so much better than that and deserves to have an great spiderman that isnt ruined by sony.
movie migh be hit or miss in parts, but Jared Leto as Micheal Morbius was a good casting choice. can play off that bright and daring doctor and at the flip of a coin a vampire trying to respect his hypocratic oath. script could be better and i want Jared to keep to the role as its good for him.

Maybe this whole movie was an April fool's joke. Maybe they'll release the real movie tomorrow. Or maybe Sony just can't make a movie without marvel studios babysitting them.
I had the same reaction as you to the post credits. The first one was OK, definitely seemed like it was footage that was taken out of the movie and re-purposed, but the second one looked re-shot and like it was from a PS2 cut scene
But why would Oscorp give him a Bird suit? Actually why did Oscorp give Alexi the Rhino....mech thing? Is there there even an Oscorp in the venom-verse?
Yeah but they haven't established Oscorp in venom or morbius, it was cut from the trailer so that it didn't appear in the film. It was just false advertising, also it's not the same Vulture suit from the end of TASM2 so Oscorp didn't give him anything
remember that the post-credits scene for the Amazing Spiderman 2 showed a series of holding cells that displayed the Goblin Glider, the Doc Ock tentacles, the Rhino suit, and yes, the Vulture wings. They were setting up a Sinister 6 film, so maybe thats back in the works? That is, if the Venom universe is in fact the same as Andrews universe, and that could very well be the case since both characters are owned by Sony.
I feel like he could gotten his suit from oscorp (don't know if it even appears in the movie) and probably in MOM it give a better explanation and rules on the multiverse with some exceptions in order to not question everything.
The problem here is that Vulture's suit in Morbius is almost identical to the one he wore in Homecoming, and it doesn't even resemble the one from TASM 2.
I mean, it sounds that Adrian was pretty calm after being transported to the Venom universe. Perhaps he has done it before from the Venom universe to the MCU. I know it's a bit of a stretch but it's a possibility.
You know I have also guessed it was Andrew Garfield universe too but not because of venom but rather the whole splicing animal DNA with human DNA. The same thing we saw with doctor conors.
so if its set in andrew spiderman world and miles is also there, then we have sinister six as well welp,,,, i think its safe to assume andrew will die in that movie and got replace by miles just like in the in Ultimate comic or spiderverse animated movie
Yeah that’s why I don’t want miles in any of the universes yet. There’s still a lot of Peter Parker that we need to see before he gets replaced by an (imo) less interesting character.
I think it was a last minute change to take out all the spiderman connections from the movie but they still had footage with Keaton from the MCU, so they had to make up a reason why he's in the movie at all... They haphazardly slapped this together and called it a day
Marvel gave Sony every chance & opportunity to create a better Spiderverse than the one they had, and Sony STILL dropped the ball & gave us a lame villain movie after turning Venom into a comic relief character. Whoever is in charge of calling the shots at Sony has absolutely no freaking clue.

I agree. I need logical reasons for things to happen to enjoy the movie, even if it's just a movie. Making something happen without any real explanation just to make it convenient takes me out of the movie. I would have perfer if he was just vulture from this universe. Variants can look the same.
Cbms do that all the time die
0:50 - 1:36 Damn, you summarized the entire plot in under a minute.
Toomes's memory of Peter Parker would have been erased anyway so there is zero reason for him to be transported back to the Venom-verse. Let's face it, this is just Sony being stupid and making yet another terrible superhero film.
It really feels like Sony is doing this on purpose.
Thoughtfully, deliberately trying to ufck with us and rub dirt in our eyes.
These kinds of repeated colossal goofs are too spectacular in scale to just be purely innocent mistakes.

Oh hey John!

@@mccleandazza4618 poor troll
It made no sense that the vulture was put in the sony universe when he originated from the MCU. The only thing I can come up with is that they are trying to set up a sinister 6 movie. Otherwise vulture has no business being in the Sony universe if he came from the MCU. Even though he is owned by sony for movie rights.
It's just kinda disappointing since it would have made so much more sense if he had just been a variant vulture played by the same actor like JJJ
They could have made a varient or something
Could jsut mean characters were swapped some how. Y’all are reading too much into it.
His whole arc was about his family, and now he's in ANOTHER UNIVERSE and he doesn't even care
they also just said screw vulture's family, the kid who should be really pissed at peter parker that they just left out.. not to mention the fact he left the mcu being cool with peter parker/spiderman but now for some odd reason has beef with spiderman.... now he did say "lets team up to do some good" that could be an indicator that maybe they're not bad guys for this sinister 6 team???
Sony really knows how to make the worst out of a good thing when it comes to this franchise.
It's also possible Toomes got the tech, or got info on the tech from Shocker. He did use that arc reactor in No Way Home.
Wdym Shocker?
Hands down the best use of “box of scraps” I’ve ever seen
I am so worried now that after all the hype there has been for TASM3 that this mess will lead up to it and I really pray that it doesn't now because Andrew Garfield deserves so much better than that and deserves to have an great spiderman that isnt ruined by sony.
The MCU leaves NWH tastefully and with grace. Sony immediately ruins any of their continuity that could have made sense 🤦🏽

@EDGEBoy Infinite nah they have moved on from miles.. he wont get live action time
So yet again Sony clearly does know what they are doing with their live action characters after Spiderman 2 and they are showing this by messing up a decade of careful planning that the MCU has established..
No Way Home bringing in the old franchises is the problem.

From TASM 2 i guess
Just watched this last night and is still shocked at seeing the vulture. Can't wait to see the future mcu after no way home and multiverse of madness
I had the same reaction as you to the post credits. The first one was OK, definitely seemed like it was footage that was taken out of the movie and re-purposed, but the second one looked re-shot and like it was from a PS2 cut scene
I guess a different variant of Adrian Toomes existing in his own reality is out the picture.
Unless they retcon it
That's one way too explain it
if Rhino can be a massive metal beast in Amazing Spiderman, Oscorp can easily give him a bird suit
But why would Oscorp give him a Bird suit?
Actually why did Oscorp give Alexi the Rhino....mech thing?
Is there there even an Oscorp in the venom-verse?
@@HeroDM77 there was an oscorp building in the trailer for morbius
Maybe he gets the suit from Goblin
Yeah but they haven't established Oscorp in venom or morbius, it was cut from the trailer so that it didn't appear in the film. It was just false advertising, also it's not the same Vulture suit from the end of TASM2 so Oscorp didn't give him anything
But Adrian doesn't even know what Oscorp is!
What a mess up. I wonder what Keven Feige thinks of this.
(Cue Sad Kevin Feige footage)
remember that the post-credits scene for the Amazing Spiderman 2 showed a series of holding cells that displayed the Goblin Glider, the Doc Ock tentacles, the Rhino suit, and yes, the Vulture wings. They were setting up a Sinister 6 film, so maybe thats back in the works? That is, if the Venom universe is in fact the same as Andrews universe, and that could very well be the case since both characters are owned by Sony.

when in Sony Marvel, alternate prisoners are set free immediately
After seeing mobius I think I wouldn't be surprised if they make sinister six into a Sonyverse Avengers
They’ve been trying to do this for a decade

Sony just needs to let Kevin take care of the movies!
At this point can't we just have MARVEL make Amazing Spiderman 3 with Andrew? Not sure I'm excited about Sony touching anything
Maybe, that person from TASM 2 contacted vulture to team up & they plan to recruit more maybe that's why he went to morbuis.
Morbius could be a member
Well if SONY agree to make canon TASM to Sony Cinematic Universe then ot explains everything
The problem here is that Vulture's suit in Morbius is almost identical to the one he wore in Homecoming, and it doesn't even resemble the one from TASM 2.
It took him this long? I mean we don’t know exactly what happened after Andrew’s fight with Rhino. All we know is he stopped pulling his punches.

Morbuis was indeed a movie
Morbius was actually pretty good.

I think it was a last minute change to take out all the spiderman connections from the movie but they still had footage with Keaton from the MCU, so they had to make up a reason why he's in the movie at all... They haphazardly slapped this together and called it a day
What about the long term lol
How could you not love this movie? Did you see the part where Morbius said "It's Morbin' time?" It was the best line of dialogue ever written.
Yeah but that’s one line amongst a whole bunch of other lines
Sony should stop interfering in MCU movies....wtf!!
