If that is the line from the filter to the high pressure pump swap with a aftermarket blackmarket performance cat filter and big line. Been running one on my 13 6.7 Cummins for a year plus no issues. Best of luck.

You need to lube those orings before installation! You put them in dry they will rip!

Might be from bio diesel if you run that. I’ve seen it damage o rings

How does the O-ring look? You might be able to just replace the O-ring. And carry some spare.
