For me, I found a great way to practice heel-toe is using canvas/flat-bottom shoes.

Besides the money shift your lines looked consistent which is always a good place to start. Also good recovery and pit entry after the mistake. Always better to play it safe

Good advice. P.S. glad to see S2000 at the track - love it. 🤘 the high RPM ability of the engine might have helped save you from any damage.
