We are Jim and Jessica, a husband and wife team who made the leap from city life to an off-grid homestead in Southern Arizona. We've started this lifestyle equipped only with two Permaculture Design Certificates and a whole lot of determination.
We’d like to share our journey of starting a sustainable homestead from scratch with all its ups, downs, and lessons learned. Watch us take on the challenge of modern homesteading, off-grid life, and turning this barren piece of land into a desert oasis.

Way to Grow Dream team! Smart per filter plan, I’m taking that for my garden. Home Depot’s costly, maybe consider construction sites for materials as modern building trashes up to 35% of there materials. Easily found buy calling local contractors who are green, especially. With permissions constructions sites can provide more than just supplementary resources, including the professionals and examples of there work. construction sites are an amazing under used resource in America. Jess seems different.

They have a completely different approach to Earth Bag building, using continuous tubes, blocking for wall art, and laying in wiring for electricity as they go. You may want to watch a few of their oldest posts just to see what they are doing, find out if you like their techniques might work for you.
