@@TheLovelyDrawerYT it looks beautiful I’m tempted to do some things that you have done!I love the vinyl wrap in the kitchen and the wallpaper in the dining room x
Thank you for this video. You just saved me from loss of sanity, money and more! My husband, who is a builder, said that tape can sometimes do some damage to the walls, too. So it doesn't matter whether I go with wallpaper, MDF boards or tape; the walls will need fixing😂. It's great to see 🇬🇧 tutorial, too.
for anyone watching: I did a very similar project but instead of attaching the beadbord on the painters tape, I attached it on a super thin mdf piece (so it would not become heavy). I needed to cut the mdf very uneven because all the walls are wonky. Then I attached the mdf on the painters tape with very strong double sided tape. they look very even on the wall even though the mdf pieces are not at all and I did attache the beadbord on a lying mdf piece wich is so much more easy than on a hanging wall.
I put this in the entry and kitchen of my previous land house. I now live in a floating home on the river and will be doing this on the walls up to 48" with a picture rail on top and 2 tone walls. I applied on some ugly doors, painted and they look absolutely wonderful and people think it's real!
This is super helpful, thank you! I was planning on doing this and stumbled upon your video. Your dining room looks lovely, can't wait to try this out myself.
Looks amazing Teri! Thanks for sharing the hard parts too. I think this wallpaper trick is also great for a room where it will be knocked down eventually for an extension - I might use this for the utility area 🤔 Apparently, using a heat gun and a stripping knife is a mess free option when you need to take the wallpaper off. Anyway, it looks lovely and I love the colour ❤
Aww thank you and so glad it's inspired you to use it in your home. Thanks so much for the tip because I'm not looking forward to the removal part haha
This was an emotional rollercoaster! Great work mate. It looks insane on here and in person 🙌🏻 Love this idea for my place to create a little nook for the dining table (eventually when I move in). You and Nick can be on the dining room area 😅🤩
Genuinely could have cried at points but that's what happens as a stubborn decorator haha! Honestly if you want any advice or ideas just let me know. Was telling Katie the other day that I literally design other people's homes in my head...I can't help it.
haha easy because I've done all the faff with experimenting for anyone watching. When you apply the beadboard wallpaper as it was designed its super easy
I think your landlord will love all the changes you have done x
Aww thank you that means a lot!

Oooo on doors sounds great! I hate our doors
Love the colour & styling! Well done for powering through all the frustration I think I would have given up! Space looks incredible!
Thank you! I'm a stubborn one haha!

EASY?? In the video title? Sure doesn't seem so. S

Where is the easy? 😂
hahaha! I should have clarified it's only easy if you choose the final option. I went crazy so other people don't have to
