Si yo tuviese unas Thorogood Roofer, como las que nos mostraste, yo te pediría que me les pusieras esas suelas Vibram negras en lugas de las verdes,NO las que llevan tornillos. Y a ver a IRON MAIDEN ja ja ja ja.

Great job brother! The only thing is since Redwing has leather insoles and you put a leather midsole so is it necessary to put cork filling? I know the redwing iron rangers don't have a midsole at all so it makes sense to put the cork filling.
Cork is a necessary component in Goodyear welt construction boots. When it’s done there will be a void in the welt which the cork fills. It’s secondary purpose is to give you foot something to form the leather insole into
It’s just like Mathew said it. There’s a difference between foot bed,midsole and (filler) It can be leather,corck or foam but we always have to fill the cavity that’s created between foot bed and the welt no matter what. Cheers
