Hi. What are the things you brought and clothes we need to wear?
Hello, to wear: Quick dry clothes, long leggings or pants to avoid cuts, bring a raincoat in case it rains and a hat and sunglasses if you go a little later in the day. Then at least 2-3L water. And trail snacks: Sandwich, something sugary like gummy bears or fruits. And wear sunscreen and mosquito cream :)
Can we just go there and hike, or do we need to contact an organizer? Is it ok for first time hikers? And, can we bring our dogs?
Hello, you can get tour guides at the jump off point, no need to pre book. They are locals who are ready to go anytime. As for dogs, best you research if they allow but for the steepness, it will be fine for mid to large dogs.

Hmmm I did not know if there are restrictions, this was a tour group booked by someone else. Bka you need to book ahead? Hindi pwede walk in?
@@TheTravellingFoxes i heard kasi nung nsa peak kami ng mt batulao ngkaroon daw ng konting restriction sa talamitam.. kc those tyms ngiisip kami ng next hike either talamitam or maculot then sabi ng guide mahigpit daw.. 😔

I think 3 hours! Its a long hike but not so steep except sa last part. Pababa pwede 1 hour coz easy lang.

Hi! I think for steep hikes they are a bit soft at the front so you need to buy 1 size bigger coz the feet slide inside the shoe.
It fits well for easy hikes like these but I would choose something more sturdy in material for the longer hikes.
Benefit of this shoe is it’s very soft so you don’t have to break it in. But with softness, the material doesn’t hold the foot in place.

I think watching your vlog is worth it. now I know that I need to carry like a trekking poles so that I don't slip if the road is ever muddy hehe

Hi, for hikes, you just need to get a guide normally from the barangay hall. You don’t need to prebook. The locals are pretty much all guides. For this hike, go to Sitio Bayabasan, Barangay Aga un Batangas.
