may i ask i used to train chest and back as supersets but now i am in a smaller town with a super small gym if i keep training chest and back in the same workout like for example i finish my bench press sets and i move to lat pull down or to pull ups etc will still be worth?

Yes, i use that. But mostly I do barbell ro or DB ro with flat chest exercises. And pull ups with sholder press exercises or maby with incline
But… which “move” doesn't tear up the shoulders?

One is pullups for sure
Dips, OHP and pull ups.
Btn press. I like using the static ez curl bars. High volume. Helps my posture
I know it's boring info for nearly everyone, but currently I'm growing anything I train so well I don't know what's going on,
this growth spurts happens from time to time, sometimes I'm rock bottom, nothing grows, and sometimes this growth spurts hits and whatever I train grows. What is going on?
The growth spurt is so much that I had to wind down my chest training volume to 1 set per execise so I don't get disproportionate compared to back! It seems like the spurt is greater at where I'm genetically ''gifted''.
