Regarding that question of whether you would ever have cameras filming you all the time with a TV show I’m glad that you are not considering that venue. For me what makes your channel special is your authenticity and your artistic freedom. I think that you would lose the personal touch and the love that comes through the TV screen with each of your videos if you were to have a network filming you.

I’m 72 and you and Guido bring such joy to my life. I’ve never been lucky in love but my love of Christ has always been so blessed that I was fine with whatever happened. I’ve always been a deep romantic so I’m very happy to see beautiful couples that have deep commitments with each other. It’s rather extraordinary in today’s world. Most people want to know what the other will bring to the relationship. I’ve always taught my daughter if she would leave “ me” out of her marriage and concentrate on him it would always work out. Once in awhile it doesn’t but most times if selfishness is gone it works. Thank you for sharing so much with us. I know it’s an invasion of your privacy but I tell you the truth, your stories help so many people that I believe God has put this in your heart to share. You will get many blessings from this.

I cried when you spoke about that individual who lost his sister and brother-in-law. I lost my dad in an automobile accident when I was 2 years old. As an Australian you may have heard our brilliant Italian designer Carla Zampatti slipped on some stairs and passed away a week later. I had bought one of her shorter jackets and know I will always be able to wear it and treasure it. It is timeless. I can imagine buying a jacket in tapestry type fabric and mixing it with one of the many colours a tapestry holds. Another timeless piece, this time from a different talented Italian designer. Or even a Kylie cushion. My favourite quote - "I have learned to be content in every circumstance."

I visited Italy when I was 15 and fell in love with it. I’ve always wanted to visit again but never made it happen. Now, at 66, I’m too disabled to travel and so I’m so happy that I was able to find your channel. Now I can visit Italy while sitting quietly at home. Thank you for blessing me with this opportunity. Kylie, Exactly, you are right. I have traveled and I am living the same way. This is why I live in Montenegro where the life is natural and family are important. Something I love about the Catholic teaching is that marriage is considered a VOCATION! That puts an entirely different spin on undertaking it. It’s a calling. Some people are called, and some not. Very serious stuff and such a blessing. I’m so happy to see you two begin this life’s work together.🤎
What a great way of looking at marriage - I’m in my 50’s and I’ve never married . I’ve been engaged twice but I never felt 100% sure so I chose to not go ahead because I want to marry once . Making those vows is a very deep commitment and I want to know that if I make them , it is with the right intent .

It’s taking on a life’s work establishing a home, caring for each other, serving your community (like these couples who came to help with pre-marriage counseling), and raising a family. That’s why marriage is a sacrament in the Church. The other vocational sacrament is Holy Orders - the priests, nuns, and other religious whose vocation is to serve in an unmarried state full-time in an Order.
(When my funk drummer gets on my last nerve, I try to remember it’s not about him. I made a vow to do this job of wife-ing. I try to do it well. Usually, when I remember that, I also remember how wonderful he is. ☺️)

It’s alway pleasant to get a notification that you’ve posted because I like the surprise of your content. Are we planting roses? Baking a delectable meal for a seemingly always hungry Guido? Painting tiles…or just laying around in the glorious countryside bing a chat…it’s always enjoyable.
There’s a small handful of people that post mean, ugly comments but there are thousands of us that appreciate and look forward to every one of your videos.
