Oh Melanie, I am so sorry about your early demise, you were a complete inspiration for me when I was trying to learn hot sew, wanted to get a sewing machine and saw this video. I went to a local Juki dealer that happened to have several used Juki machines for sale, and it had the DX-7 from a trade in, for less than 700.00 USD, and it looked like new, plus was serviced by the dealer. Then I contacted you and you suggested me to follow your classes of how to do a Quilt, and that you had several videos that each one was a step-by-step of how to doing that colorful quilt!!!!! Well, I did as you told me, and in less that a week I finished that project, but most importantly, I learned how to use all the most important functions of my machine, and all that thanks to your clear and concise explanations!!!!! I still have that machine, that I complemented with two other Juki machines, a DX2000QVP that is exactly the same functional machine as the DX-7, and a Juki HZL f300. But my favorite, because you introduced me to it, is the DX-7. I hope that now that you are in Heaven, to see this comment, and to give me the blessings and inspiration that just you could do so well. All my best wishes for your family, and I will continue watching your videos. I always find something new that I haven't noticed before, specially with your tips and techniques. Thanks again for your generous demeanor, you will always be remembered as my first teacher, is a pity that you left us so early........You will always be with the Lord!!!!!!!
I mis s you Melanie. I started sewing and quilting because of you and I still go back and look at your videos. I’m about to purchase and upgrade my sewing machine. Your videos are still my first go to. So grateful your family has left them up for our reference and it is so nice to still be able to see and connect with your spirit and talent through them. RIP.
Sewed on this machine provided by Sew Mini Things at a quilting retreat for three days! It is a dream. I bought one! Expecting it to be shipped soon. Can't wait. Great review Melanie. Thanks
THANK YOU so much Melanie! You helped me make up my mind :) I just ordered the Juki DX7 today and I'm so super excited! I've owned Brother machines and sergers for years but I've also heard great things about Juki. You cannot find a Brother machine as spacious and well designed as this model anywhere near the price I paid for the Juki DX7- $1399. My favorite feature on a sewing machine these days seems to be throat space. Its been tough finding a regular sewing machine in my price range with a decent amount of throat space.
UPDATE: Wow! just WOW! This machine has changed my sewing life in two short days. The moment you sew your first stitches, you know, this machine is truly something special. This is absolutely the most amazing, smooth, capable, fully loaded, responsive, intuitive, couture driven piece of excellence I have ever had the privilege of owning in my life! Sounds a little extra enthusiastic I know LOL This is the first time I've been able to use a higher end machine. I didn't realize how much of a difference an extra $1,000 makes. I'll never buy a cheaper machine again. My advice is to save up and get a quality machine. I've been trying to save up for quite some time which, as we all know, is no easy feat for someone on a modest income. It's so worth it! :)
Billy Kestell , I know right? I've had mine for two weeks and it's changed my life too! I feel like Pinocchio when he became a real boy with no strings! It was WELL worth the extra $1000, no matter the effort coming up with it. My last machine was a Brother HC1850, not a terrible machine, but it's NOTHING compared to how beautifully this DX7 sews! It's like night and day. I love the ability to customize it's automatic functions to my own needs, and I love the adjustable float function of the presser foot. I get a much nicer result with none of the effort. Enjoy your Juki!
Their quilt shop is great! It's within driving distance so when I bought my Juki HZL F300 I was able to get an extension table and knee lift bar at a great price. Tim handled my order as well. Wonderful people and lovely store!
I went from a 55year old Singer to a Janome Manolia sewing machine about 9 months ago. I took a quilting class with the Magnolia machine, and it was great for the piecing, but very difficult to quilt a throw size quilt. So after lots of soul searching, I bit the bullet, and bought a Magnolia 8500 Horizon machine. It has the largest throat area I could find, which makes quilting large quilts much, much easier! I was thrilled when I got a needle up/down function as well as the thread cutter. The only thing I don't like about the Janome 8500 is the placement of the knee lift. It is so far to the right, I can't reach it, so it is essentially useless to me. I tried putting foam around the area where your knee hits, but it still needs to be thicker. If anyone has an idea to make this work, I would love to hear it. Love your videos, and have learned a lot.
The Horizon only went longer. I need the height also.I need speed too and the Horizon barely goes 1000 stitches per minute. that's just too slow for hand guided FMQ on a frame. I love the JUKI TLQVP MINI it is 2 inches taller than the Horizon and it goes faster too 1500 stitches per minute and as a semi-industrial machine it just purrs Height speed and power and better priced.
I have a super simple Brother machine, and I would LOVE a larger throat space. It's so limiting to have a teeny tiny throat space. I look forward to the day where I can actually quilt on my machine instead of having to hand quilt everything.
I would love to seeing quilting with the decorative stitches. I got a very similar machine this spring but have been a bit hesitant with all the new stitches. Also, I LOVE the thread cutter (although sometimes I feel the machine cuts the bobbin thread a bit short) and the automatic threaded. I also LOVE that I can adjust my pedal speed. I like to slow it down for quilting :)
Hi Ashley, I've had mine for 3 years and I totally would recommend it... I really love everything about it.... and it purrs.... I have 2 Vikings, but love using my Juki DX7 and I also have the Juki MO--1000 air threading serger.... Hope you look into it... it's truly a wonderful machine...
Thank you, Carla Stone for the advice. That's what 8I have on it now, but it is still too far away. I did think of using another layer of swimming pool noodle by splitting it. Unfortunately, my husband donated the noodle I used, so I am waiting until I find another one. This time of the year, they dont't seem to be available. Thank you for the advice. I really appreciate it.
Is this machine quiet? Or noisy/ clunky sounding? How are the stitches? Consistent or skips? How is it for doing thicker fabrics such as quilts or totebags? Thank u for your time and sharing your knowledge with us
I heard you can make lace with this machine! I just bought it too because the shop salesman told me it was the Star Trek of Sewing machines that would take me to the moon with my projects. I'm an apparel designer so that's what I'd love to see more of! making cool trims with this machine like lace, decorative fabrics, etc
I have a JUKI 2010Q which I love except for the automatic threat cutter in the foot pedal which is probably a result of foot size. My wife is more of a Bernina or Janome person, but when I went online to check out the features I wanted in a machine, I was impressed with the JUKI for the price. Like you, I would like to have a zigzag or blanket stitch at times.
Hi Melanie, just watched this video as I’m looking for a new sewing machine. Quick question. Is this machine a semi-industrial machine like the Juki 2010? I sew a a lot of bags and other craft stuff including quilting so need to know whether this one can handle heavy fabrics. Thanks for your reviews. They are very helpful.
Hi Rineco28, did you get the DX7?..... I have it and make bags and use a lot of canvas, quilting of bags, and making heavy handles.... it does a beautiful job... I've never had a problem with anything I throw at it... I've also done vinyl and leather sewing on it.... Jon
Very nice review. If someone does not live near that dealer in Florida, I think it is important to buy a machine at a local dealer. Just search for sewing machine dealers in your area and buy local. Support and possible repair can be necessary. If we don’t buy local, these shops will close and we will be complaining about no customer service. Thanks for a very nice review.
Hi Melanie!! Great Videos! I’m trying to decide between the DX7 and the F600, I just started making quilts and have many that I plan to make so I definitely need my machine to be a quilting machine but I also do some general sewing- like masks, basic, simple costumes for my grandchildren and some bag making. Would love to have your input! Thank you!!
Favorite feature is needle up/down capabilities. My needle always stops in up position when I need it in the fabric but my machine is a1956 singer 401a slant o matic. Would love a new fancy machine. Does the 2010 sew heavy weight fabrics and lots of layers. Thanks. Melinda
Pigstie Atelier also have a 401a ,was my main machine until purchasing a computerized machine 15 yrs ago. Still love my singer for basic sewing and heavy duty sewing!
Pigsty Atelier I have no problem sewing heavy weight fabrics with the 2010. When I sew patches on my brother's leather vest this machine does a great job. As far as "lots of layers" I have not experimented with that as of yet
I have the 2010q as well and yes, it can stop in the down position. The initial reason I got it was to sew very heavy weight fabrics in multiple layers - which it does like dream. It is because of this machine that I am a Juki convert.
Hi, I'm brand new to sewing & wanted to try some simple apparel items & eventually quilting. First machine decided on BabyLoc Elizabeth, love it but so much to learn. I would love to see anything you show so I will be watching; been trying to find good videos. Needle threader & thread cutter are just wonderful features. These machines are amazing! Excited TFS.
Great machine Melanie!!! Congrats on getting it!! I was wondering if you can make a quilting video on the "Curved Edge" ruler you mentioned in your 5 Fav specialty quilting rulers video. It is the ruler that forms the circle in the middle once the blocks get assembled. I hope you know what I am talking about! Would love to see this machine in action! Thank you!
I am leaning towards a Juki machine, but wondering how the service is done if machine has to be serviced? I would love to see some applique projects. My favorite feature is the needle threader;)
Regular maintenance can be done at a local shop, but if there was anything wrong with the machine and the warranty needed to kick in, they can help you with that (you may need to help with shipping costs in that case, but check with them)... Great question!
Super interested in this machine as I'm hoping to upgrade to it. Could you show us some of the fancy stitches, buttonholes, different feet and how it performs on different weights and thicknesses of fabric please Melanie?
I just bought this machine from the same place shortly before the world shut down in March 2020; I would like to see how the Buttonhole feature works. If you could do a demo on that, it would be great. I've been slowly studying up on this machine to get acquainted with it. I'm so used to a Manual machine than a computerized machine.
Cut your thread? Not your fabric right Mel? LoL! You have the best videos. I would love to see more patchwork. You where meant to be in front of the camera!
K yes it is but the features on the Juki's are mind blowing. I call the juki the Cadillac of sewing machines. If there is anywhere that u can go in your town to give a juki a lil test run I highly recommend doing that. Also checkout sewing machine plus they have very affordable monthly payments on there more expensive machines like this one. Checkout the Juki F600 also. They have a 300 and 400 also thats less expensive still with awesome features!
Kat S Sew Mini Things has free financing for 48 months as a special this week. It's still a lot of money but I tend to look at my sewing machines like my computers. Old machines need to be upgraded once in a while for a faster, quieter machine with more features ;)
Hi...I bought a Juki TL- 2200QVP Mini about 2 months ago. Bought as a retirement gift to myself. It's still in the box due to my having remodeling done on my house. Now, I must make room in my craft room for it...can't wait to see how this machine operates. Will you be able to address my questions reference this machine? Thanks 🐱
Hi Darlene! I'm not an expert on sewing machines or the TL 2200QVP, but I can try to help you ;). Your manual is really your best bet for trouble shooting or if you bought it at a local shop, they can help you with trouble shooting or teaching you how the machine works ;)
Darlene Farmer There is another UA-cam channel "Leah Day Quilting " and I believe she has the Juki you just bought. She's a fantastic teacher and has tons of videos. She also has the 2010q.
I would like to the quality of straight stitch quality on a size like 2.5, 3 , 3.5 setting. Also would like to see how many layers of jeans this machine can stitch with the straight stitch. Also I would like to see how you would serge the edge on the machine. Can we do cover stitch on this machine ?
I have had this sewing machine for several months. How do you know when your bobbin thread is getting low? I have repeatedly been sewing along only to learn that the bobbin thread ran out some time back.
Hello I have Hzl-600 love it but didn't have that machine that time and I don't know what is the different those 2 machines My favorite is thread cutter n also I have juki 2010 too haven't use for sewing but free motion I use and I just moved n not set uit up yet.. I love all your video with closed caption for deaf👍❤️
Planning to buy this sewing machine this weekend after some tests in the store but now I have some doubts about buying it! Seen a video with problems with the presser foot? Are you still satisfied with the juki hzl-dx7 after all these years? Or other users of this machine, still satisfied? I would love to hear! Thank you in advance!
So, I got this for Christmas. I've been scared to use it until a month ago. I have one issue and juki won't get back to me. My old machines straight stitch was STRAIGHT, individual stitches. This machines straight stitch has an ever so slight continuous wave to it. It's fine for stitches that will hide, but for visual stitches, it looks like I drank too much coffee or something. So not so clean of a stitch. Can I change/fix this???
Hi Melanie-- Have you had any problems with your DX7. It's on the top of my list right now. Also, have you sewn on a Bernina. Is it hype or real?! Thanks!
Does it have a free motion stitch regulator? I have a Juki TL 2000Qi and love it, but as I am learning to free motion quilt I have had some trouble keeping my stitches even length. I am looking for a new matching that has more than just straight stitch. The DX7 looks promising.
My machine arrived and no they do not use the same bobbin, which is a bummer. Now my challenge is to find exactly what size of bobbin the DX7 uses. Went to local sewing machine store and she gave me a Brother bobbin which is just a hair shorter. Not sure if it will work and not willing to try.
Hi Melanie. So, 3 1/2 years later are you still loving it? I'm researching for a new machine and Juki has such great reviews. Does it do any embroidery? I'm not looking for anything major, just a bit of monogramming. My primary need is for apparel sewing. Any thoughts? Thank you for the video.
What did you do with your old beginner machines? I mistakingly bought the babylock that embroiders and i can't stand embroidering. So wondering i can trade it in, or just have to keep or sell on ebay. Its hardly used, so think for sure its tradeable or sellable.
Really enjoy your videos. Would love to see more piecing tutorials (Hunter's Star would be great !) The feature I most WANT is a "stitch regulator". Have never used it, but, from what I 'understand', I THINK it keeps your stitch length even during FMQ....being a newbie at FMQ, that is the most difficult execution. Presently have a Brother SB4139.....throat is small, ugh. Thank you for the info!
Sharon C Bernina has some machines with the stitch regulator and I think Janome might. I have a "vintage " Bernina 1260 which is a fantastic machine but small tbroat space compared to the new machines-definitely no stitch regulator! 😊I bought the Juki 2010q a year ago and it feels like an acre of space! 😂 It doesn't have a stitch regulator but it's so much easier to free motion on it and with practice my stitches are pretty good 😊 The Bernina machines with the stitch regulator are probably 2 ½ times more pricey than the machine Melanie is showing here! 😮
I'm sure you're not still answering questions but if you are, would you recommend a class at say JoAnn's for novice sewing machine users? Or do you think it's better for beginners to just play and practice?
Hi Melanie. I just got a DX7 two weeks ago and I love it! I love the float function, especially how I can engage and disengage it at the touch of a button. What a difference the adjustable float function makes in the appearance of my projects, especially top stitching on layers and applique! The trick is to test sew and adjust it first. On other sewing, do you find you need to adjust your tension more often with this machine? Thanks, Carla
Hi there! Ok this is a super specific question that I can’t find the answer to anywhere. Does this machine recall your stitch settings? For example, I always use a stitch length of 3.5 or 4 but the default on mine is 2.4. Does it reset to the default every time or will it bring up your last used? I hope that makes sense! Thanks!
Hi Mel, I have been looking for grading my machine to Juki HZL-DX series. I have tried to search for when did Juki first introduced model 3,5,7 to see if I should wait for model 9 to come out? ( we are in mid 2021 now). Could you advise me on that? When did you get yours DX7? Many thanks.
Also, I would love for you to show us some beginner appliqué tips and tricks. I still struggle with appliqué. 😩 I can't seem to ever make it look nice.
Hi Melanie I am here in Toledo Ohio and found a sewing shop that carry Zuki, however they only carry the 2200 QPT and 2000 QPT. Do you have any thought or heard anything about these?
Really enjoy the videos. Need to ask, do you tend not to use the TL2010Q as much as you thought you might now that you have the DX7?? What are their respective "jobs"?I'm getting ready to trade my Janome Skyline S5 in for the Juki TL2010Q, and was going to also get a Bernina 770, but I'm thinking maybe I don't need to spend $4500 with all of the "perks" offered by the Juki HZL-DX7. Just need something that can handle pretty much anything (nothing super heavy duty) that can be thrown at it.....
+Creimom 2 I see what you're saying, I do still use my Juki 2010 Q for my free motion, I'm more comfortable with it on that machine so I pretty much use the DX7 for straight line quilting and most other things. I love the simplicity of the 2010q, so sometimes when I need to whip something up really fast I use that one because I'm still getting the hang of the dx7 :)
I have 2 Juki's, a six thousand dollar Elna embroidery machine, and have had the more expensive Husqvarna embroid machine. The Juki's, win hands down. I hate Husq, too long of a list to put here, the Elna is a great machine but hard to see, and is very finicky. You spend that much, you expect it to work well all the time and it doesn't. I have never had a Bernina, but I'll say this. My much cheaper Juki machines blow those others out of the water. They are solid workhorse machines, no finicky to them at all. If you'd rather spend less, (and believe me I wish I had) go with the Juki.
Can you please show me how to thread the bobbin to wind and then insert the bobbin.love this machine since I saw it in a commercial. I have a bernina, singer. I don't like the bernina because there wasn't a thread cutter
I have the Juki f 600 and wanted to ask what features does the model you chose have over the f600 that made you decide on that model? I paid $998 for mine and the price difference between the two is a couple hundred dollars, so I thought I'd ask. Also wanted to say, I free motion quilt on mine and never drop the feed dogs and it does awesome. My previous machine I did drop the feed dogs and after doing so I never got the same stitch quality again. It seems to mess up the timing of the machine. I recommend highly not to ever drop the feed dogs.
I am trying to decide between the Juki hzl-dx7 and the Juki exceed 600F, I was trying to find info on which has the larger throat work area or are they the same and which machine is newer on the market. I want to buy very soon. Thank you
Hi Jenny! I'm not familiar with the 600f but if you reach out to Timm at Sew Mini Things in Florida, he'll answer all of your questions about that, he's the most knowledgeable sewing machine person I know! Tell him I sent ya!
Brittany Henry Yes it does! I have the DX7 and it goes through many layers of denim. Check out the crafty geminis review of the Juki f600. It is the same machine as this but an older model. She does a denim test :)
Can u do some patchwork and do the quilting with different stitches that the machine offers?(maybe something Christmas with quilting Merry Christmas or something with the fonts) Ive never seen that done but thought it would be cute.. Im asking Santa for a Juki! Was the 600 f but may change that to this one. Looking forward to seeing what it can do. Thanks for your vidoes!
A saw a UA-cam video put out by Juki that said the DX machines are the next generation after the F machines. The DX machines have everything the F machines have, plus some more advanced functions.

I haven't used a sewing machine in 25 years and just bought this machine today. Quarantine will continue. Winter will be long. I'm excited.
I missed having her update on here . Rest on, Melanie . I am sure your kids are growing beautiful, and your husband is holding it down.
Melanie, you maybe on the other side, but many of us think about you everyday.
Miss you Melanie!! you truly were

Mine just arrived last night! Such an awesome machine! I also have the 2010Q. I also got an Eversewn 25 to travel, and it has awesome stitching.
Hey Mel, just wondering if you would still recommend this sewing machine after having it a couple of years now?
Hi Ashley, I've had mine for 3 years and I totally would recommend it... I really love everything about it.... and it purrs.... I have 2 Vikings, but love using my Juki DX7 and I also have the Juki MO--1000 air threading serger.... Hope you look into it... it's truly a wonderful machine...

What are your thoughts on having to choose between this one and the 2010? I don't have the room for both and am unsure which to choose.
Hi. What did you end up choosing?
@@momosatitniramai9707 I chose the Juki TL-18QVP. I love it!

I read somewhere that the Juki HZL DX7 is considered a semi-industrial machine.

Can't wait to see more of your tutorials using this sewing machine!!! I'm purchasing this for myself as an early Christmas present :))) So excited!!
Hi Melanie! You have persuaded me to get the DX7!
Thank you!!
Did you decide between the two? I am looking as well but I don’t have a Juki dealer close.
Thank you!
Is this Juki a low shank or high shank machine? I’m guessing low? Wondering how it works with ruler work
Wow, congrats!! I'm looking forward to see new projects with this new sewing machines.
LOVE Juki! Mel is right, best machines ever, I have two of them.
Yes, thread not fabric hehe ;)
Jami Skelton I want this but $1400.00 is outrageous.
It's so pretty!! I can't wait to see it in action!!
Thanks for responding. Will check out instruction once I open the box...
Darlene Farmer There is another UA-cam channel "Leah Day Quilting " and I believe she has the Juki you just bought. She's a fantastic teacher and has tons of videos. She also has the 2010q.
@iampaperprincess Thank you so much for the information...I will check her out!
Darlene Farmer You're welcome! I think you'll be impressed. Even if her fabric choices, etc. aren't your style, the techniques transcend. :)
I have this machine and love it. However, I have a question...can you use the quilt guide with the walking foot? If so, I can't figure it out.
Congratulations on your new machine!! Just wondering about the motor size and if it is capable of stitching leather.
Do you still like it and how many times have you had to have repairs or new computer?
I would like to the quality of straight stitch quality on a size like 2.5, 3 , 3.5 setting. Also would like to see how many layers of jeans this machine can stitch with the straight stitch. Also I would like to see how you would serge the edge on the machine. Can we do cover stitch on this machine ?
I have had this sewing machine for several months. How do you know when your bobbin thread is getting low? I have repeatedly been sewing along only to learn that the bobbin thread ran out some time back.
So I take it this is supposed to be taking the place of the HZL F series, 300, 400 and 600? Otherwise it seems like it would be redundant.
Fave feature by far: Auto Needle Threader ... second would be Auto Thread cutter.
Hello I have Hzl-600 love it but didn't have that machine that time and I don't know what is the different those 2 machines
My favorite is thread cutter n also I have juki 2010 too haven't use for sewing but free motion I use and I just moved n not set uit up yet..
How good is the machine with heavy duty sewing? Really curious to know how many layers of denim it can go through.
How do you think you'll use your 2010q now that you have this new one? I adore my 2010q, but I have to admit, this computerized Juki has me intrigued!
Have you heard back about this, mine does that too and skips stitches.
That's where I got my Juki TL2010Q!
Hi! I know I might sound stupid … but does this machine has stretch stitches?
Hi Melanie-- Have you had any problems with your DX7. It's on the top of my list right now. Also, have you sewn on a Bernina. Is it hype or real?! Thanks!
Does it have a free motion stitch regulator? I have a Juki TL 2000Qi and love it, but as I am learning to free motion quilt I have had some trouble keeping my stitches even length. I am looking for a new matching that has more than just straight stitch. The DX7 looks promising.
I don't think it does. (Melanie is no longer with us. She went to be with Jesus.)
Can the fonts be made larger? I cannot find any info on this.
I would like your opinion on what machine you would recommend for advanced beginner? Thanks Mel
I have TL 2010Q and love it! and I ordered the DX7 and it will arrive tomorrow!!! My question is do both machines use the same size bobbin? Metal "L"?
Did you manage to fix the threader? My broke too.
What is the difference between Dx-7 and hzl-600?
iampaperprincess Thank you for the info!!
Sharon C Anytime! :) Best of luck!
How do like the sb4139?
I'm sure you're not still answering questions but if you are, would you recommend a class at say JoAnn's for novice sewing machine users? Or do you think it's better for beginners to just play and practice?
Excellent review, Melanie. I hope you do more cute projects soon. 💖💖💖
Thanks,
Carla
God blessed you always Melanie ♥️
Automatic thread cutter! Changed my life.
Hedda
thats my name :D
Also, I would love for you to show us some beginner appliqué tips and tricks. I still struggle with appliqué. 😩 I can't seem to ever make it look nice.
Hi Melanie I am here in Toledo Ohio and found a sewing shop that carry Zuki, however they only carry the 2200 QPT and 2000 QPT. Do you have any thought or heard anything about these?
Are the bobbins interchangeable? I have a Juki 2010Q....Nice machine...and such a great price! Thanks for sharing!
NO, The NX7 uses class 15 bobbins
My favourite is automatic thread cutter and auto lift up foot.
How can i fix hook thread timing? I have Juki HZL-G110
Great, would love to see beginners appliqué projects
Hi, i want to see how i can make the letters bigger. Or is this not possible
My favorite feature on my machine is the automatic threader.
How about some stress tests, like stitch an inch then do a lock stitch, do that 20x and see if it knots up
Real quick Melanie love your blouse! is it recent? if so where did you get it? Thks so much!
April Duke Do you set the stitch length to zero or what?
Carla Stone yes and turn the pressure foot dial to 1
April Duke,
Ah! thank you, you've just solved a bunch of mysteries for me!
Carla Stone you very welcome! 🙂
Thanks Melanie I ended up going with the Juki hzl-dx7 I am just waiting for it to arrive :)
Does it only use small spools of threads?
Miss you, Melanie.
Nice review. Thanks
Melanie- could you please show me (us) the decorative stitching options?
With all due respect, are you a representative for Juki? Did you shop for other brands as well? Thank You! Suzanne
Great review, thank you!
Wow, that is some margin in the price as Amazon sells it for $1, 275. It looks like a great machine! Thank you for the review Melanie!
Hey, how does this machine work on heavy duty fabrics? Leathers, denims?
Brittany Henry Yes it does! I have the DX7 and it goes through many layers of denim. Check out the crafty geminis review of the Juki f600. It is the same machine as this but an older model. She does a denim test :)
is your machine a Juki Kirei HZL-NX7?
Don't think it is.
The DX machines have everything the F machines have, plus some more advanced functions.
so could you just buy this machine as a quilt machine too?
Hey Melanie
Do you plan on making any clothing projects?
What is the throat space on this machine and your other one?
Looks great
i been trying to buy this juki dx7 but i dont really see people doing big project on youtube
are these manufactured by Janome?
How do I adjust the needle position?
