In this episode I'm showing how to make a repetitive pattern on the CNC using the Part, Part Design, Draft and CAM (Path) Workbenches. It can easily be adapted to any size of the board.
    00:00 Intro
    00:12 Creating the board
00:38 Making the wavy pattern using Part Helix
01:28 Making the projection in Draft Workbench
01:53 Mirroring the wavy line to get a shape for the V Carve
02:40 Creating a sketch based on the helix and it's mirror
03:14 Shifting the pattern to get a nice look
04:10 Making the array in the Draft workbench
05:07 Intersecting the bodies to get the final shape
06:05 Making the V-Carve operation in the CAM/Path Workbench
    06:45 Making the Path/CAM array
    08:07 The CNC in action

instead of creating a sketch to link the two corrugations, you could have used the "create ruled surface" function in the Part workbench.
Otherwise, excellent video, as usual 👍

I've never used that, but it'll take a look soon, thanks for the tip!
