    I have always liked the way black and white photography speaks to me. Your page moves me even with the use of a little color. Thank you for sharing your amazing talent with us.

    i love watching/learning with you. after a couple of years it's easier feeling the flow, not just the sequence of what layer goes where and when, but more, the feel of the piece 'telling' you/me what is next. it' takes a while to grasp how to use so many fluids and adhesives and applicators...the overwhelm caused overhauls what things stay on my desk. sometimes it seems as if your pieces speak about you (always, I know, but this is subjective), and at others, like re-reading an important message, speaks to me where i am...that that happens, given your expertise, and that I respond, and can feel a shift in how i apply techniques, says a lot about the one teaching...seems to me you are gifted in translating thru space, an ineffable quality past paint and paper. thank you.

    France, thank you for explaining the hows and whys of what you are doing with each step of the process. It has really allowed me to learn some new techniques I want to use. I adore how lovely the muted grays become so pulled away from the background and really pop! The layering of colors and heat and glaze is fun to watch. A very enjoyable experience. Thanks for sharing!

I'm only now venturing into this realm and am amazed at what I am seeing. Your creativity is especially inspiring and intriguing. Thank you so much. I haven't seen all your videos yet and am looking forward to it. What do you do with all your artwork?

    It's beautiful! Do you find a difference between using watercolors and acrylics? I've not tried Acrylics and glaze before just watercolors...

      Sara Forbes they are completely different to work with and give a completely different result! It's a matter of preference :)

    Date stamped 23 Nov 2017.....
    I notice small details on beautiful spreads.
    Nov 23 is significant date in U.S. history.

      I'm planning so many things for November that I'm running ahead of myself ;) Why is it a significant date? I looked it up but couldn't find anything. Now I'm curious :)

    • @lansingstlady
      @lansingstlady 6 років тому

      ooops. I got the date wrong, myself. I was thinking Nov 22, which is the day John F Kennedy was assassinated. (embarrassed)
