Love snow running. Just got about a 3.5 inches yesterday. Only in the 20s today. Just ran my new fireteam (399.99 at Larry's RC locally so couldn't say no) and going to run my tekno my410 and losi lmt when the packs finish charging. The lmt has aluminum axles thankfully or it wouldn't survive 1/4 pack in the cold. Least durable vehicle I've owned. Have fun Jason. Have a good winter.

The methods look great on there. I just put some powerhobby belted tires off my xmaxx on my xrt to try next. The stock xrt tires do surprisingly well for how the tread looks.

Great test drive. I'm dying to get out and try the masher x. The chevron tread seems like it would be better in snow compared to any other non paddle tire I've seen.

Nice vid glad you like them the side walls are just soft enough I think that it with them being belted it still gives them enough air or controlling the air I guess you'd say I think that's why they still work out all right I don't know you might notice when you try doing backflips and stuff with them too that they're I guess I used it is not really made for their belted so they're not really made for bashing I guess probably they're more made for keeping the power down and being able to get going where you need to go so I mean if you look at it that way they're doing exactly what they're supposed to
We’ve all had wheels come off
I just installed Badlands on my XRT. First run, lost a wheel. I thought I torqued the nuts well enough, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of threads to work with on the axle. Like, the wheels just barely fit. Have you found a workaround for this? Or is it just simply, loctite them and torque?

How long did it take for you to receive your tires . I ordered some and haven't received any shipping information yet
I installed the Methods on my XRT and have had trouble keeping the stock wheel nuts from spinning off(even with Loctite). Did you have any issues?

Lipo batteries don't perform well when they are cold. You'll definitely lose power in cold weather
Exactly this. They don't charge well either (EV owner here). I had my xrt out yesterday, and it actually got faster and had more punch, a few minutes into the run, as the batteries warmed up (about 30 degrees).

Maybe you should try the outcast 8s tires they should give you some more grip
Tried them on mine and they rock. Probably my fav so far and way better than stock tires though stock tires definitely glued better.
The paddles look pretty shallow.
I think ramps are totally boring without a landing ramp to come down on.
Depends on the car. Imo the xmaxx just looks sick with the suspension droop in the air
@@V8chumpoh yea I agree but it’s just so hard on them. I had a track I spent a lot of time building at my old house and every jump you got good air and still had the perfect downhill land. It was so fun.
