16:00 Ah yes, the fortress world Canada, guarding the northern fringes of the Imperium
beware of toronto
qubec is filled with heritics the french
canada stands
Vancouver stands!
The 40k ship is a thunderhawk for those who are wondering/couldnt put their finger on it
Ave Imperator!!
May we never lose his guiding light and purpose
@@sethgilcrist8088 XVIIth for life, we bear the word of Lorgar Aurelian
@@frankgalton2912 heared that before ... but i gotta say: i kinda take offense of aaron calling the 75th cadian "CANADIAN" ... :D
a hell of alot more fun more playing with the less common armies. loyalist marines vs loyalist marines vs loyalist marines gets more than a little stale after a while
Aah another man of culture
Honestly, it is always a treat to see what people are building.
This gave me an idea. How would trench warfare work in space engineers with enough players?
Simple planes
Tanks
Soldiers
Players live in dugouts
Artillery
Zeppelins?
It might be interesting
Hmm... that might be a curious idea to try. Making sure that people expand a structure inside a trench while moving down a line, making little setups for people to peek out from. Tanks would end up being a lot more... like ww1 in a nutshell? It's a weird strange idea, and I like it.
I wanna do that so bad
I thought of that when in my first save because of the digging system.
Need this!
Its not in the video, but we had a passive event / NPC base attack that was a ground operation which turned into 3 hrs trench warfare, digging in with tank and fight artillery long range battles :D
The creativity of the Space Engineers community never ceases to amaze, especially on these servers
Know this was over a year ago but I have Never felt such a want to actually join a gaming community, Like actually go out of my way to try and engage instead of just eventually, and randomly, wandering my way into another group of new friends like I normally do lol
20:17 I wasnt expecting to see one of my builds in here! How flattering! Im surprised to see the Onager so shaky tho, perhaps its a multiplayer server thing I never tested when building it but I absolutely love that it was worthy of being used on this server. And big props for leaving the LCDs on the side, even if theyre mildly cringe lol.
that art kinda cute , I tried to find the original but I couldn't . is it your OC?
Cringe? nah, cute as fuck. Damn nice tank too
[G's]
The tanks are my best take on the Tiger II. The turret looks a bit wonky because I had to give the gun some armor and wiggle room.
The Bf-109s were sadly removed. I have been suffering from a bug that causes the wheels to dislocate themselves. They seem to want to be connected to the grid under them for some reason. Look at the traling wheel (1x1) at 14:43 to see what I'm on about. The 3x3 are doing the same. If you know what might be causing this I would love to know.
Your tanks look more like Italian P.26/40s
@@setesh1294 Y, that is starting to dawn on me XD
I was gunna guess a tiger or Panther.
@@setesh1294 I was thinking a take on the crusader but you're probably more correct
If you wanted to stop them from clipping into the ground you could try using a piston and a landing gear to hang the planes from the ceiling
Man these helicopters and bases look so cool.
I hope to see some helicopters with miniguns firing right and left.
My friend and I worked on making an ACH-47 (look up the Easy Money) literally a week before W2 dropped.
I wonder how guided missiles (the ones using the turret aiming/gyro-rotor trick for guidance) will affect the warfare.
You'd think missile boats and railguns would be 90% of what any attacker chooses to stock his munition warehouses and attack ships with...
ask ukraine lol
It’s because the magic behind them is a pretty well guarded secret. Anyone who experiments with them long enough can figure it out though, and there are several types of turret block missiles
@@xslowday6850 Haha yes, we should be sending those to Ukraine (They have a real life Mad Aaron server going on...)
@@trolly4233 They are pretty simple to make, i dont get how it can be secretive
@@v0id683 Hint: the physics for turret-block-controlled rotors/hinges are different, including *clang*
The planet broke before the Mounties did.
Ayo settlers of Catan. That’s a fun game they got on that table
"We've got an APC, we've got- WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?" Had me dying 😂
I got this game because of your videos, safe to say I see why all of these are super impressive, I struggled for a good bit just trying to build a basic rover. However it is a great game.
Welcome to the party! You should join the discord if you have not already!
Good for you.
And give it time.
How have no idea how embarrassingly long it took me to find it that you could recharge Rover batteries from the connection ports
the silverbird... is art..
I love the black bess at 22:50, I've made landships before and honestly you won't find a more rigid and armored up small grid. On the sides of the wheels you can stack 4 or more heavy armor blocks within that space alone or move stuff within it to have a armored crew cab depending on what you want
15:25 Ah yes, the "Sherman" with the panther design, gotta love it. However since they are wheeled with relatively small armament (Assault cannon I think?) I'd class it more as a Puma or Sonderkraftfahrzeug 234 Or "Puma" A light vehicle, however it does have a gun in the hull leading me to belive panther but a wheeled panther.
The game on the table is called settlers of catan
It is so awesome to see all these wonderful builds. Since i Love 40k its always nice to see some inspired stuff :D
This is exactly the type of server I want to join. But at the same time, i really dont have the motivation to put that much effort into the insane builds here.
> "Beer is the answer, but I forgot the question." wonderful, simply wonderful. Also I've asked for this for my birthday, hoping to someday join one of ur servers
edit: 24:28 for a second i forgot that movie existed and was like hol'up they don't have helicopters in ATLA?
pretty much everyone forgot that movie existed at all. lol
Definitely the EDT base is my favourite. Love the attention to detail.
Me; A cliche 40k fan.
*sees stained glass windows on a base/warship*
Praise the Emperor!
There is some truly beautiful work going on there guys!
Oh man this looks awesome. Heavy ordnance sounds so cool.
13:21 SETTLERS OF CATAN YESSSS
The amount of inspiration I personally pull from these server tours is actually insane.
The game in the airship is caled settlers of Catan.
9:47 that looks to be something designed in the style of the great Panjandrum of ww2.
Ah, yes, imperial guards from the famous 40k planet of Canadia :D
The tanks in that BF109 base look like the Celere Sahariano. an italian light tank from ww2
True
Nice Crimson skies planes they made.
The game at 13:19 is called catan
2:34 the vulcan bombers impressive ngl
I have to say I really enjoy TPP's base design. It gives me some ideas.
I really enjoyed the one with the airships and the steampunk/fantasy look
So the story of the hole beneath my base... I was not paying attention whilst I was grinding down a large grid hydrogen tank...
Ground straight through it into an ammunition locker that had artillery shells in it... I then ground them down... The hole was bad enough but the damage to the recently finished base HURT MORE!
Thankfully I had a large grid welder on hand and a projection to repair the damage!
The game in the airship is the
Settlers of catan
Love that game
Amazing game. Played it a few times at my buddy's house and was hooked.
Nice
At 3:59 so they find a UNSC Falcon, & got it from an auction,
Interesting lol
The aircraft shown around 28:15 are from Crimson Skies, I see a Fury (blue with red stripe), and a Hoplite (the yellow taxi helo). The third one sadly has me stumped.
That's Settlers! So cool
"72 Canadian" 🤣 ah yes, Canadia, the bastion at the eye of terror guarding the imperium of our beloved god emperor from attacks of the immaterium.
Fun fact: The numbers on a runway are compass bearings , they are always the first two numbers of the bearing minus the last digit. Wind direction dictates which runway to use, if you are lucky enough to have options :)
The tractors are a force to be reckoned with.
glad to see the mechanicus is hard at work
Do any of the players record or stream their time on the server? Would be really rad to see a whole series from each of these servers.
Does the tank make it out? I really love the design. Tight wheel space may not be ideal, but it looks great.
That tank with the 4 separate tracks looks like a derivative of a HALO Scorpion Tank.
16:00 CANADA FELL BEFORE THE GUARD DID!!!
that MKIV tank on the thumbnail cought my attention lol
this is a cool game server concept
i think i would be terrorista
Super!
I like that halo tank!
that was a dragons head for dungions and dragons witch was the game on the projector table its whole dnd theme
wow. great work to everyone who made this stuff. this game is one of the most underrated games ever.
Loved the video @LastStandGamers! Can't wait for the next video man! Loved seeing the Bf-109's and the Supermarine Spitfire from World War Two and the Mark IV Tadpole or Mark V* (Mark Five Star) Tank from World War One. Never thought I'd see a Eurufighter Typhoon in Space Engineers though LMAO! The Tanks that G has do look like the Italian P 40 heavy Tanks. I do hope that we get to see some battles with these creations and see the production of many more builds as well.
To whoever is in G: Are your 109's the E, F or the G model? Pun not completely intended. Also, do you have anything like a Panther D or a Panzer IV G in your inventory for Armor, The Infamous Sd. Kfz. 251/1D Half-Track for Armored Personnel Carriers, and Bf-110 C-2's, Ju-88 A-4's or Hs-129's for Aircraft?
To whoever has the Spitfire: What Model is it based on? Anything like the Vickers Wellington Mk. Ic (GR. Mk. VIII for RAF Coastal Command) or the Handley Page Halifax Mk. V in the Works for Further Aircraft Production? Any Tanks like the Cromwell Mk. IV, A34 Comet, Sherman V or Firefly Vc (M4A4 and M4A4 with 17 pounder gun Sherman Tanks in British Service) as well?
To the Whole Server: Anyone using Soviet Vehicles like the T-34/85's, IS-2's, and M5 Half-Tracks from Lend-Lease, and Aircraft like the Mig-3, La-7, and IL-2 Shturmovik? Or American Equipment like the M4A3 Sherman Tanks, The M24 Chaffee Light Tanks, The M26 Pershing Heavy Tanks and M3 Half-Tracks and P-40 Warhawks, P-38J Lightnings, P-47D Thunderbolts, P-51D Mustangs, and B-25J Mitchell or B-26G Marauder Medium Bombers for Attacks like Intruder Missions?
Aaron you're not safe either: in Warhammer Lore, the *Cadian* units are the Biggest export of Manpower even after the destruction of their Home planet of Cadia in the Battle of the Eye.
Glad you like the designs. It is difficult to make accurate designs in SE. To answer you question. I based it primarily of the Bf-109 f-4/trop. The tanks are based on the Tiger II. I was forced to make a compromise when it came to turret design because of SE physics.
I have been working on a Sd.Kfz.234/1. I had a go at making a Panzer IV Ausf. J. However, the attempt failed. I want to make a Half-Track or two, just not had the time. A Bf-110 or Ju-88 is also on the cards. The Hs-129 is not a pri.
I upload my stuff to the workshop after the server iteration is over. That would be about two weeks from now. I will try to remember to let you know.
As for Soviet and American toys I have not yet seen any. The Americans tend to be popular though. So might see some P-51s or P-47s towards the end of the server.
The green ship in 6:07 looks very sexy. I love that design
How do we find the mods used. I love the idea of having to build aircraft as apposed to everything having thrusters
Runways are numbered by the heading they face in degrees. 70-90 is impossible, ya don't just pick your favorite numbers. Proper numbers would be 36/18 for N/S and 9/27 for E/W
lol watching Arron scroll right by the Batmuppet Forever image then go look at the Batwing on the runway without putting two and two together...
I wonder what you guys would do and or make if you host a scrap mechanic server
If only i had the patience to dedicate my self to learning how to build nice looking vehicles and crafts
As much as those walls look lovely, it wouldn't deter any hopping rovers.
8:48 DBS has made a more modern helms deep
Holly Molly, famous Canadian sorry-forces.
29:00 the red tractor
Eyy settlers on the game board
idk if anyones made the comment but the black bess is a mk4 tank that served at the battle of Cambrai in 1917 thought ud like a little history lesson so its a ww1 tank i heard you call it a ww2 tank and im pretty sure the tanks with the guy with the bf109s were german pz 2cs or a variant of it
3:59 i believe that those are russian KA series helicopters, probably KA-50 or KA-52
The Offline LCD's are for Path Auto Miner script.
Well someone is going to reanact a few recent events with that tractor
Chekov's Tractor?
Get a gold and blue flag on that and it will be invulnurable to all tanks.. 😂
An eathbound vs space exiles server would be cool it would be interesting to see how the players would launch attacks and scout enemy locations.
i think the metas would be orbital bombardments for the space team and underground bases for the earth team
the game in the ship is settlers of catan
A bit late but it is a tiger 2 or panther body for the tank
28:35 - these planes look like from _Crimson Skies_. I love the designs^^
My thought was it from Jets'n guns game series
@@user-ml5ko3fv8m Ah, yes i see. Quite similar designs.
15:26 those tanks looks like some kind of M7 variants
The hull gun makes me think that the panzers had a hand in the design as well
28:36 pretty sure this thing is from Crimson Skies
Looks good, Do you guys have a mod list?
Be interesting to play on a server where you can't make ammo, can only buy it from a trader or steal it from another player.only have very limited traders, teams would be forced to trade more and then other players would try to hijack transport ships for their cargo to trade for ammo.
Anywhere to get the mod list you are using? I looked on Discord with no luck, but I am not a Discord expert. I really like the heli props and would like to try them out.
Randas plane parts
@@tiberiousvonruger6258 Thank you!
what do you use to run your servs it seems so smooth been trying to find a good serv host
>A Pegasus ship with a shrine to Moloch inside
Lol where do you dig these people up?
Does moving the sun mess up peoples solar charging and sun tracking solar panels?
Those Canadians have some impressive firepower and battle doctrine, eh?
15:27 look almost like a metilda or some other type of British tank
6:30 sick fighters, id like to build that
Runway markings don’t make sense, highest number you can go is 36 (which is 360 or 0 on a compass
The runway numbers irl tell you which way you are heading when taking off or landing on a 360 degree compass (divided by 10)
15:30 i think those are sahariano italian tanks.
72nd canadian ahhahhahahh
At least someone else noticed
"72nd Canadian"
i need the black bess tank at 22:54 pleaseee
i built this one! I have not posted a Steam Workshop link of the tank as of right now. I might return with a link at the end of the iteration. if you have any questions, just let me know!
@@ThePike thank you!! it is an amazing tank!!!
Shocked that nobody realise that Black Bess is that tank from the BF1 Campaign
the game in the table is called Catan
that game at 13:25 ... its RAID SHADOW LEGENDS!
i think that is basted on the m1 abraums
I just want that osprey.
Is it me, or do the armoured vehicles at 02:04 look like CV90s
I'd like to watch an auction
The tanks in g’s based of the Italian p40
22:50
Yes, we went really quickly from WW1 to WW2...
