  • Malai Rolls:
    Ingredients:
    Bread Slices 14 Pieces,
    Milk 1+ 3/4Cup,
    Cardamom Powder 3 illaichi,
    Saffron 1Pinch,
    Sugar 1/3Cup + 3Tbsp,
    Milk Powder 3/4Cup,
    Ghee 1Tbsp,
    Balai/Cream 2Tbsp,
    Almonds 10pieces (sliced cut),
    Rose petals (As Required)
    Method:
    1) Cut bread corners and roll bread slices with rolling pin,
    2) Prepare filling, add milk powder, sugar, ghee, balai and milk in a sauce pan, mix it until get smooth then cook prepare filling on stove until thicken for atleast 15mins. Stir filling again and again to avoid burning. Once, filling is ready add almond
    in it,
    3) Heat milk & prepare Rabri add illaichi
    powder & saffron, cook it until milk
    reduce to half, stir milk again and again
    to avoid burning. Also add 2tbsp of filling in rabri,
    4) Apply filling on breads & make rolls,
    set them in tray,
    5) Pour rabri on bread rolls, garnish it with almonds & rose petals, serve chilled and Enjoy! ✨
