nope,I guess...egg yolk has protein which on repeated stirring and minumum heat gets fluffy as seen....your besan and corn water does not has protein...

Yes you can. Mix 100 gram flour with 30 gram sugar and add 120ml water until mixture is smooth. Dip the cubes in this mixture and then roll each cube all over on a plate of breadcrumbs. Refrigerate the cubes for 10-15 minutes to harden the outer covering then deep fry till golden brown (you will get better colour with this combination). You don't have to coat these cubes with any more sugar as it had already been added in the flour mixture. Wait for them to cool a bit before enjoying. 😊
