The main guy in the video is named Uther the Lightbringer. He has a long story and such behind him I really recommend to look into further but this is a general synopsis. He was one of the first Paladins of the Knights of the Silver Hand along with two others we see in other videos, Turalyon and Tirion Fordragon. He served during the rule of King Terenas Menethil of Lordaeron and Prince Arthas. He was at Stratholme when Arthas deemed it to be purged and along with Jaina Proudmoore refused to take part and Arthas right there disbanded the Knights of the Silver Hand. Arthas betrayed Uther and killed him and when that occurred the sword Frostmourne took part of his soul which is why his soul is "injured" as you see in the video.
