first i appreciate someone willing to keep the parts that dont go according to plan instead of cutting them. like with making the chocolate look pretty by using a spoon instead of hands and the chocolate ball that made a break for freedom. it made it feel more authentic and like i dont need it to go perfectly to get a gorgeous treat which helps give me the courage to give these a try! and second thank you for also writing the instructions in captions for those like myself who need just that little bit extra info! ^.^

I had to do something like this for an exam, the Savarin mould was a little horror it would not release it, took us quite some time but I also but a thin layer of praline and caramel between each of the moose layers I love watching you bake, nothings rushed there is no commentary you add subtle humour but every thing is spotless. So I got to ask do you always get it just right or do you have tantrums lol. I know I do

만들어서 오늘 먹어봤는데 저랑 신랑은 생각보다 꽤 달아서 커피랑 먹으니 더 괜찮았어요 😄 저는 사바린틀 지름 21.5센치 정도 되는 틀에 만들었는데 모든 재료 1.5배 하니 틀에 거의 꽉차게 딱 맞았어요!! 그리고 제 틀은 조꽁드님꺼 처럼 실리콘 몰드 모양이 딱 잡혀있지않고 뭘 담으면 무게때문에 무너져버려서, 21센치 무스틀에 얹어서 사용했더니 모양도 잘 잡히고 잘 얼었어요!! ㅋㅋ + 그리고 저는 글레이즈 온도를 27.8도 까지 내리고 부었는데, 생각보다 너무 빨리굳어버려서 한쪽이 흘러내리듯이 됐어요. 다음에 만들면 30도 정도로 해야하나 싶어요. 참고하세요~!!
