    I would never have thought to pair chicken and apricot. I've always eaten them dried, never fresh. This is a good way to do that. When I saw this meal plated, I thought it was at a restaurant! This is definitely on my must try recipes! Bravo!

      Thank you very much. Yeah this dish has been around for a while. I like using fresh when available because I love the way it looks, and I can balance the sweetness. You can also substitute dried just be careful not to use too much.

    Also random, but every time I see flambe, I think of the Fresh Price episode when Will burns down the house because he "poof the flambe." Did you ever see that episode? LMAO
