I am dying for a video comparing the C2 blender and a vitamix! A true showdown! So far they look comparable, but I've never owned a vitamix! It was supposed to be my christmas gift this year, but this C2 is making me weak in the knees! 🤣
WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO PROVIDE A VACUUM FOR NAMA C2. This is holding up my order. I’m waiting for vacuum for the. NAMA C2 to be available. I don’t have the space or the time or the money to get a bunch of different machines. I’m waiting on the Namma C2 dual vacuum blender juicer. I HOPE YOU CAN HELP get this party started.
Thanks John ! I just made the banana nice cream, almond butter and cashew butter with the sorbet attachment WOW !! Taste wonderful way better than the Vitamix which I have always loved for years. But this is over the top !! Sooooo Yummy 😋
I threw some almonds in first , than some cashews which makes awesome nut butter than threw the frozen bananas and mixed it all together. Put raw cacao nibs on top. Oh my, What a treat !!! ❤

Extremely well done in exploring various capabilities of Nama C2 , really an expert !! Greatly appreciated !!
Thank you so much, John! You have no idea how helpful this video was. You answered so many of my questions, and the demo was excellent as usual!
Hey are you gonna compare the c2 to the vitamix?
can that coconut butter be used as moisturizer on the skin?
Thank you for showing us the raw coconut flakes made into coconut butter. I own the Nama J2 but did buy the sorbet/ nut attachment so definitely want to try out your different recipe tips. I love the idea of the Nama juicer / blender combo but I own two vitamix blenders and at this moment work great but the sorbet attachment let’s me enjoy different things. Thanks for all your wonderful advice! 🌱🌺
Banana coconut cream!!!
are you able to or going to do a review of the Horum H400?
Can you put sproated wheat grain to make flour
Hey John, your videos are super helpful. You helped me decide to get a Nama J2 and (gasp!) sell my Norwalk to fund the purchase. It's been juicing bliss for 2-3 months. Here's the problem. Just as the Norwalk juicer sold, the augur started to get really hard to put into the basket. I think it's because of BUILDUP. Last night I soaked it in vinegar for 3 hours (nothing happened) then barkeepers friend overnight then scrubbed all the fiddly little parts with baking soda FOR TWO HOURS this morning and it still has white patches and isn't fitting together properly! It's turned out to be SO high maintenance. Having to dry off all the fiddly little parts AFTER EVERY USE is NOT going to happen, and I live in Northern Cali, a coldish place. Any tips to get back to juicing bliss?
YES! The tip is contact Nama Support at support.namawell.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and take pictures of the screen and auger, and submit it to them. They are aware that some parts that came of the manufacturing line were out of spec, and then this would occur. They will replace the parts under warranty so you can get back to juicing bliss!
Can you temper the chocolate after making it with the coconut butter? Also can you use the sorbet attachment to make icecream with frozen nutmilk?
Hi john is the nama c2 the newest version and does smoothie and juice and milks? and nama j2 just do juices?
Thank you for the helpful video as usual, John! What do you think about adding water to raw nuts for a nut butter?
You can surely add water to blend up the nuts with, it will blend up much easier, but the issue is that now you are adding water, it will be less "rich" and you will need to use it within 7 days, since with the water, also can come mold and bacteria. Adding oil, which is liquid, but will not easily allow bacteria/mold to grow, would be better to use as a liquid, if you did want to add a liquid to make it blend more easily.
Thanks so much!
How does this compare to using vacuum blender to blend frozen fruit?
Great video, thank you for sharing. Would you please post the link to the vacuum seal pump and bags that you use?
I recommend the electric pump with the bags, they work better

Thank you!
A comparison between the hurom m100 and the C2 would be good. I know they’re essentially the same made by same company but the c2 isn’t available in the UK
Can you make nutbutter with the j2
Yea
Hi. Thanks for your channel! That being said, you cut out the most important part of this video (for me) at the 25.45 mark. I wanted to see how difficult it was to scrape the frozen banana out of the bottom of the pitcher. I have a Vitimix 5200, and it's quite annoying to make frozen fruit Sorbet for that sole reason. Wrestling with a spatula against the narrow bottom of the pitcher hindered by the 4 blades is a mini nightmare. Was hoping it was even slightly easier with the C2. Peace!!
Hey John, thanks for laying out all this info on the J2 and C2. Could you share the decibal meter reading for blending with the C2? I currently have a blendtec that I love, and im wondering if the blades are sharp in the C2 like the vitamix, or are they blunted like the blendtec? Do you find one better than the other?
And also, it doesnt look like there is an option of the strainer attachment on the C2 juicer - do you find that you strain your juices further after juicing?
Thanks for your expert input! I look forward to ordering either the J2 or C2 soon ☺️
I have not done decibel testing with the Nama C2 blender attachment, I would say blendtecs are louder than vitamix, and I suspect it is also louder than the C2, however, blenders are loud irregardless :) Each blender has its own pros and cons. I like how easy the blendtec carafes are to clean and how I can easily vac blend in them with the void lid. I like the C2's sharper blades, and that it comes with the Juicing Parts.
The C2 blades are SHARPER than the blendtec for sure. If I had to compare to Vitamix sharpness, that is where it would get interesting, as they are close.
I do like to strain my juices after blending. You can buy the nama strainer for the C2, but I use a generic strainer.
Have you tried blending frozen fruit?
@@discountjuicersThanks John! I appreciate your feedback! That helps a lot. Have you had any experience with the nama pulp strainer - does it function better or worse that a normal household one? Just deciding if I should invest or not.
Also, do you know if they will be doing a Black Friday sale this year?
@@carlottapassmore969sorry Carlotta, I wasn't sure if your question was for me or John, but in the blendtek I use frozen fruit ALL the time and it does a great job with everything.
@discountjuicers I'm curious if it would be able to make sorbet with frozen apples, frozen pears or even frozen oranges
Q; is everything you do in the c2 also basically the same in the Auto 10? It didn't make sense for us to get the new blender as we have a dash vacuum blender. Plus the 30% was the bomb.
The c2 is a juicer and HS blender and The auto 10 is a juicer
Thanks for the video exactly what I needed ? Also are you OK you look a bit down I don't know how to explain it ? 😅
Thanks for checking in. I'm doing well. That being said, I just have endless work to do around here.
Is the Nama J2 Juicer gonna be on sale on Black Friday? I've been waiting to purchase the juicer & hoping it will be on sale on Black Friday!!!
Will have to wait and see! They did have it on sale last black Friday, so I think they will probably have it on sale again. Be sure to subscribe to my channel, as I will announce all black Friday promotions as soon as they are available, and multiple juicer companies will be offering them.
@@discountjuicersI am subscribed to your channel & I love it!!! I'm sooo excited that Nama J2 might be discounted on Black Friday...Yay!!!

I wonder if you put the peanuts thru 2 times it would be creamier ?
Yes! As the juicer breaks down the fibers more, more fat is released, which makes it creamier.
Mine didnt work 😢 i tryed making almond butter but it only gave me flour kinda disappointed
if the coconut lookS dry/defatted/unSweetened - aS coconut ShredS in a package often are - it wont turn into a liquid. you would have to add coconut oil
Eat up all the peanut butter and sorbet along with the cocoa butter.
Actually would be the best to dip the chocolate bar into the peanut butter!
You can also drizzle some of the chocolate over the banana nice cream.
I HAVENT WATCHED ALL OF YOUR VIDEO YET BUT WHAT I HAVE SEEN I FIND INTERESTING. I DOUBT ID BE IN YOUR COUNTRY THOUGH. I RECENTLY BOUGHT AN EXPENSIVE TYPE BLENDER OVER 400 DOLLLARS. SO I WILL PROBABLY WAIT UNTIL IT WEARS OUT. THEN CONSIDER THE ONE YOU TALK ABOUT. ITS HANDY TO KNOW THE TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE THE NUT BUTTER. SO I GUESS I SHOULD USE THE PULSE BUTTON FIRST TO BREAK THE CASHEW NUTS UP A BIT FIRST. I DO ADD OIL OF COURSE, I USE PEANUT OIL FOR THE CASHEWS THEN I ADD ABOUT HALF A TEASPOON OF HONEY JUST TO GIVE IT A TINY BIT OF SWEETNESS. I LIKE THE CREAMY TYPE OF BUTTER NUT BEST, THE ONE WHICH IS A LITTLE RUNNY. I TELL YOU, CASHEW NUT BUTTER IS VERY TASTY. YOU COULD EAT IT FOR A MEAL. I HAVE TO HAVE NUT BUTTER BECAUSE I EAT ON MY GUMS. I GAVE YOU A LIKE. I WILL WATCH MORE OF YOUR VIDEO LATER. AND MAYBE SAVE IT SO I CAN KEEP THE NAM C2 IN MIND FOR A LATER TIME.
IM EDITING HERE TO JJUST SAY THE ONE I HAVE NOW IS THE OPTIMUM SLIM. IT COST ME AROUND 450 DOLLARS. CERTAINLY NOT CHEAP.
