After years of pining for a Le Creuset dutch oven, I finally got one as an anniversary gift in early November. I have baked 3 no kneed breads perfectly and 5 soups for far. It is THE best thing I have ever got for the kitchen. I got it in red because it seemed classic.
They really are so awesome! They are an investment but they will seriously last a lifetime! Ha! So glad you are enjoying yours! Isn’t the bread the BEST?!

Thanks for the great product ideas-Le Creuset is the ultimate! Somehow we got my dad hooked on them and he gives us them as gifts! He buys the discontinued colors, so we don’t have one matching anything, but every dish is wonderful!

Hi,Beth! Our Thanksgiving Dinner turned out to be perfect with your recipes! Thank you so much for sharing your recipes. We had No-Fuss Turkey, Wild Mushrooms, Duchess Potatoes & Candied Yam Casserole. It's my first time to roast a Turkey but by following everything you said it turned out perfect! Everything came out delicious! It's a perfect 10 from my son who is really hard to please when it comes to food.
Speaking of recipe box, you know what needs to come back... The Bread Box. The one you keep on the counter or kitchen table. Maybe because my parents are old school, I grew up with a breadbox always on the kitchen table.
We had an all wooden roll top door with enough shelf space on top.
Granted majority of the bread we bought lasted longer than the good bakers bread but we still used it. Even if one doesn’t use it solely for bread it was still a nice cubby hole on the table to store table top items in.
Ha! It so does need to come back! I love mine :) I actually don't store bread it in, because I find it lasts longer in the fridge but it has turned out to be a wonderful place to store all my nuts and dried fruits! Ha! Its so funny because that's the exact book I want too! Ha! Shot here at my house, through the seasons incorporating the home and garden, family recipes, personal stories, gorgeous photos, the whole lot. But strangely, publishers don't "get that" and I even had a publisher last year try to convince me that the book should be shot in a studio, cooked by food stylists, without me there?! Huh? LOL! So Yes I would love to have a book, but only if I could do it "my way" otherwise I just stick to videos because they're more fun! HA!

Found your videos searching for a coffee cake recipe. You seem so down-to-earth and easygoing. I think I've seen those cute French lemonade bottles at Michael's craft store for less. And most grocery stores sell lemonade in those cute glass bottles. Just recycle the one you buy. Have fun!

Hi Beth. I hope you too had a wonderful thanksgiving. I want to take the opportunity to thank you today for your chocolate molten lava cake recipe. My parents were completely floored. So much so that after I showed her your video, I will have to give my mom a demonstration. And to hear such amazing compliments from my mom, whose my first teacher for everything and herself a great cook, is extremely honorable. I cannot thank you enough for making me a better cook and baker day by day🙏 Please keep up the amazing job.

What is color of the cream aprons? Is it actually "cream?" When I click one link it brings up a khaki one which seems too dark. I can't seem to find a pure white or cream. I found "natural" which seems to have darker fibers against the white. Thanks!
