  • The shoulder press with Resistance Bands is an excellent way to gain upper body and arm strength.

    Good one is where your hands are front of your body and palms facing forwards. Did 2 sets of 10 and my shoulders are feeling pumped.

    What type of bands are those?? The length of mine is really short. What length is yours?

      If you can't stretch it out that far, you need to use a lower resistance band.

    Love this exercise, especially w the band behind my shoulders, but the band ends up rubbing against the back of my arms and causing friction burns. I've tried using long sleeve shirts and sweatshirts which helps some. Any other recos?

      Get used to it, really.
      I have had similar burns from homemade sandbags, latex bands, neck harness, body harness, isometric nylon straps, etc...no problem.

      get the resistance bands which are wrapped in that protective thingy fabric. I have these
