To all the people asking "How is he not in prison?" Because it takes time to build cases. Enron collapsed Nov 28, 2001. Skilling, Lay, and Causey weren't indicted until July 2004. So just because he wasn't arrested the instant his company collapsed doesn't mean there won't be consequences, it's been less than a month, and the district of southern New York has announced an investigation.
Were the news outlets trying to rehabilitate Skilling, Lay, and Causey's images at the time? Cause that's what causes me to quirk an eyebrow about SBF, that the mainstream news media is either ignoring the story or trying to salvage his image.

When I was in junior high school I would borrow (and trade) Nintendo game cartridges with my mates. Sometimes I would trade games that I had borrowed from other people i.e. games that I didn't actually own. Eventually I was sitting on a pile of game carts and I didn't know what game belonged to who. It was all fine until people started wanting their games back.
It was an impossible mess. I came very close to getting my a$$ kicked by someone whose game I had traded but couldn't find. I had no idea where it was so it was effectively lost.

Isn’t it pretty obvious from the “interview” itself why he chose her? The questions she asked/didn’t ask, her inability to push back when he dodged them and the weird, inappropriate giggling she responded with instead? Yeah. Your conversation with her on how they “met” and her admitting to being uneducated and uninformed on the subject only confirms why he chose her.
At least she got him in an interview which no one else seems to have been able to do. She did a great job keeping him talking and we would have nothing else to date if she hadn’t managed to get this. His defense attorney is probably freaking out that he ever said a single word. It’s also great that she’s not an influencer and hopefully not taking sponsorship.

The fitness industry is all dirty. 90% of influencers are on gear - which isn’t a problem. Although, they use it to sell clothing and supplements. When in reality, the supplements will do nothing. If it did, we all would be huge. Claiming natty is a problem, if they lie to our face, what else do they lie about? So many are honest and I respect more. Seth Feroce is one. Yes, I’ve taken gear but saw no point as i dont have great genetics to enhance. Still need to put in hard work. I actually was able to put in 200%, its insane. Being in a circle of similar people, you know what really happens. Even teens are on gear, its quite obvious.

The problem with the "I'm stupid and incompetent" argument is that Sam graduated from MIT and got a job as a quant at Jane Street Capital. His parents are both professors at Stanford Law school and his brother is a Wall street trader. He knows what he is doing, and probably talked in lengths with them on how to spin this.
