Rotisserie Rib Roast on the Breeo Firepit

In this video we cooked a rib roast on a @kudugrills2119 rotisserie over our @breeofirepits firepit. We seasoned it up with @howtobbqright Killer Hogs TX Brisket rub. We started with a base of @RoyalOakCharcoal lump then added a few pieces of wood about every 40 minutes. It took a total cook time of 2 hours and 10 minutes to reach our target internal temperature of 145 degrees. Thanks for watching

Does the charcoal cause any damage to the stainless? Only the Y series states use of pellets and charcoal.
I’ve not had any issues. I’ve used lump charcoal in my 24 and 19 x series. Both mine are the Corten

Does the Kudu rotisserie fit the Breeo as is?
Yes it does
Are you using the Breeo X 19 (hard to tell but looks like this one does NOT have the Stainless Steel SEAR Plate) is this correct? Great videos btw, I am thinking of getting the Breeo x19 but Not too sure i will use the Sear plate much, your thoughts?
This is the 19 without the sear plate. I have a pork loin video using the 24 with a sear plate. I honestly don’t use the sear plate a lot. I cool on the outpost more
What a nice setup!!! I as well own a Breeo, I wanted to know more about the Kudu rotisserie rod. Did you have to make any modifications to it or it just fits right into the Breeo?
It just fits with no modifications at all

Breeo needs to start adding more accessories to it, It has has a lot of potential for multi cooking and grilling purposes.

Great video. Please keep the rotisserie/open fire cooks coming. I have a S&S firepit and a Vevor electric rotisserie. Have only done one rotisserie cook so far but really enjoy it.

120 - 125 F
I can see that for beef but not pork! But whatever you like
