Oh yes, women need a dr. Jubb handbook to how to look after the female body. My Mother, who grew up long ago and was raised on a farm, had no period pain. I, and all my girlfriends at school and later in my working life, we were doubled up with abdominal pain and had to take ipobruphen painkillers for decades. Doctors just said "Nothing to heal it" and then doubled the painkillers! Fast forward to the young women in their 20s today. They faint and throw up with the severity of the pain. The hormonal pill is all the doctors suggest to bypass the period altogether!
Is there no such manual? Maybe dr. Jubb could recommend something or talk further on the subject. I’ll ask him if you want me to relay some message or question
Yes please Luke. Perhaps there are books and leaflets beyond the 3 books i have. Women are really suffering because the fiod is dire and has been getting wirce since calcium is in nearly all the food!@MASTERLUKEYSLOC
