@mayank maybe you could use the living room as the work station area and use the bigger space for living and dining , I am a interior designer just looking at the space without any measurements I feel u can fit the couch where your workstations are with the back to the windows use the bedroom separator as back for your tv console and put a 2 seater dining in front of the kitchen
@@helenapacheco5740 What one needs is at hand and has its place. Well organized and a pleasure to see and live in, I am sure. The windows are wonderful.
To hide some of the visible storage that's near the ceiling, you might think of getting a very short white or off-white curtain and hanging it on a tension rod. That's what I plan to do with a high shelf that I have.
It is absolutely not forbidden to make an occasional fire in the fire place in Paris. You can buy firewood (a little expensive) everywhere in the arrondissements where the Haussmannian apartments are - because these have fire places. In the 9th on winter evenings it smells like in the countryside because many people make a fire ! You must have the flue cleaned once a year, that is all.
@If you are only a tenant and the landlord forbids you to use the fireplace is one thing. We were discussing the LAW, not private arrangements. If you own the place it is perfectly possible to make a fire in the fireplace, since you are your own landlord and do what you want. And it is a great pleasure to have a fire. It is always better to own the place where you live.
Very nice the windows ❤. great lighting. Kitchen is perfect , bigger refrigerator then usual . Well partitioned in space. , shoes should always be stored in shoe cabinets , IKEA and Amazon has plenty 😆
Great space but could definitely be reconfigured and imo far better utilized. Reach out as I’d love to show you some ideas for redesigning & reimagining such a great space / pro bono. ❤️💙🇫🇷 Sincerely 💙❤️🇺🇸 Happy Holidays 🎄⭐️ and ☮️ globally
fire place covering lacks charm, there are other things you could use that would add to the character of the fireplace. beautiful windows, fabulous courtyard. you can always sage the room if you are worried about bad prison vibes as someone commented. But really if prisoners had those windows back in the day..how fortunate and unusual compared to nightmare american prisons lucky find..❤❤
the windows are wonderful..when i see windows like that i think of “french windows”. when he first said the area outside was a chopping block i thought of heads being chopped 0ff because it was a prison! 🫨🙂

Que sensación de desorden, con tan mala distribución del mobiliario.
Metros hay suficientes para vivir cómodamente.
What a great apartment! They have it so well organized. That tiny kitchen is adorable, I love it.
well organized?....

It’s a lovely apartment but all of the natural elements should be emphasized rather than covered up. I LOVE the kitchen! So sunny.
Super appartement 💜👍🏻

I totally agree. It is a great space but has so much potential.

lucky find..❤❤
Very nice Paris apartment and gets good natural light too. In which district is it located?
Thanks for your kind comment! It’s in the 13th Arrondissement
The only thing I do not like in the apartment is the monitor / TV, but that is my opinion, the rest of the room and interior is beautiful .
Thank you!
It's like Morroco ❤

@@Pavlaustinov hey! i'm the guy in the video. my rent is €1125/mo.
An old prison ?
Isn’t that really bad fengshui??
I would like to know the rent. It doesn't help to look at an apartment and not know the price, especially when we are looking for one. Thanks
It’s 1,125€ per month :)
@@MyRosie2007 When people do a lot of work in an apartment it is generally because they have BOUGHT it.
