It is not an apartament, it's a cage. There are biggers rooms in normal apartaments. XXI century and you still have a common bathroom. That's pathological. Only greedy developers would call that cozy, and not claustrophobic.

People criticizing forget the obvious: these girls prioritize mostly their clothes. And then their cats, their studies and hobbies. The apartment is just a big closet for them. I couldn't live like that but they seem happy with their choices 👍

Imagine being a paramedic in Paris and having to transport a patient down all those narrow curvy stairs...

7th floor. No lift. When sick with gastro or fever you can't go for medicine food doctor. When you go up trapped cyz too much going out dressed up in heels and thrm walk up 7 floors. No way. Better another place not so near river.

Messy, no peace , clothes. hanging on edge of door, hung on walls. No privacy with wooden floors. No Thanks.

What’s with all the negativity? Sure, it’s not super curated, but at least it’s not boring as those beige/gray colored apartments that you see everywhere. It’s a nice and lived in. It’s realistic, which is refreshing.

Those are old fireplaces from the building that was originally there, but has been torn down.

She's incredibly cute, a pretty girl with a bright, very appealing personality. I like what she made of the 13 m2, but it's a shame that so many people in the capitals are forced to live in a shoebox and pay a fortune for it!

what a great use of this space! I also have 32 qm but in Munich, and it's a fairly new build so it's naturally VERY different, but this concept of mentally and visually splitting the studio into different "rooms" is key in any single room scenario. I get to cheat a bit, as I have a separate entryway which I have set up as a fully functional closet along one side. This has saved me from having to put large cabinets/armoirs in the main living space which is a huge advantage. In German it's called "gut geschnitten" = "well cut" and it's honestly quite rare in German apartments, which very often give up 5+ qm to a long, narrow, pretty much unusable hallway - yes, even in small apartments! It's completely mad! Clutter is always a challenge but I absolutely love my little place. I have thought about "upgrading" so many times, but even after 13 years I still haven't found a place that really wows me enough to move. I just rearrange the "mini rooms" to scratch the itch of wanting a new place :D
