That window view is spectacular, a really nice apt but poorly decorated. When you have a flair of decorating, this space would and could have looked super nice.

Too cramped. No bathroom in this place. Hope she's not paying too much for it.

I love the light and the terrace, but she has put very little effort into decorating, however, especially with the poster peeling off the wall and a toilet plunger out back. I am guessing that’s intentional though.

en general el piso es bonito pq es exterior y tiene luz. Sorprende lo poco cuidado y organizado. El baño podría ser mas bonito se estuviera pintado con un poco de color, ahora blanco y sucio es deprimente

Some parts i like such as the big window...the living room... the overall size. Re carpets - i have lived in uk all my life and never had carpets!!! Most ppl now have wood flooring at least downstairs. Does everyone rent in Paris? Very expensive monthly rents just like the uk

I love your apartment. A few things would make an aesthetic difference. Try to hide some of your electric cords and declutter a bit. There’s way too much stuff on surfaces. You have GREAT posters so give them the proper frame they deserve! I love your view and the sun coming in most of the day. Lovely.

The windows are very good! Lots of sunlights and good ventilation. It's quite large, but again, would luv to renovate the interior to make it look more organized. But overall it's a pretty one with lots of potentials. Thanks for the video!

For a small bathroom to have such a large, beautiful window is very rare indeed. So charming.

Exquisite light. I love that architecture in the past was very thoughtful in their design. They truly wanted to create beauty in their spaces. Unlike today in my country where things are built with little thought on aesthetics. They don't care about light or touches of charm and decoration. It's wrong.

Must say, Sophie’s ‘kitchen’ is probably the worst I’ve ever seen - just 3ft of sink/counter/2-burner hob: it’s just bizarre. The parents certainly got the better half of the deal!

Try watering your plant in a livin room once per 21 days, otherwise you'll fill it too much, it doesnt' like too much moisture

The apartment is very good, and with small renovation it will be awsome. That garden is a must. The lay out that you use in the main room in my opinion need a small change.

What a gorgeous location to live in, it must be amazing to be there on a hot sunny day and gaze out those windows or from the secret garden over Paris. This lovely gracious person is obviously a minimalist and it was a pleasure to see into her calm and serene abode. I have to admire your patience with people who comment that she has no style or design talents - how could they possibly know that from a newly rented furnished apartment and without seeing her work output? It takes a long time to put your stamp on a place and maybe, after long working hours designing buildings or interiors for others, she just wants to come home to a simply furnished, clutter free environment and forget all about design!! Give her a break people, for God’s sake!!

Bought novels from across the continents and 20 years later they're still there, lining up nicely on my shelf, unopened. This is actually a decent-sized apartment for a single person. I wonder if she's not allowed to redesign the interior by the landlord? Becuz I saw people renovating their interior in Paris, and idk.. maybe it's expensive. But I like the apartment, and she looks very nice and friendly.

Size of the apartment in Monmartre doesn’t matter, it’s Monmartre- you are outside most of the time. I would love to live there.

For the price they charge her, the owner should have had the decency to put some linoleum to hide the cracks on that hideous floor and to change all the cabinets (kitchen & bathroom), even basic Ikea furniture would work very well. The plants are a nice touch and add to the charm of the appartement. I live in the suburbs, can't see myself living in Paris because I like my space (and wouldn't be able to afford it in the capital) but I must admit her place looks quite roomy for 1 person. She has a lot of wall space, she should frame her paintings and some of those boats plans and hang them, it would look beautiful and add character to the room. She seems very lovely and it was nice seeing your genuine interest in her story and hobbies. Thanks for sharing
