aye what sprocket size should i get cause i’m running 40 chain and i can only get a 10t clutch. do i have to move to 35 chain to get 60mph?
@@SIXvwi have a 10t clutch too and 35 sprocket i’m hitting 55 top speed but i’ve done 60 before i think i just need a new carb

The way you explained the piston deck height pretty dope. I know a machine shop should be able to shave it down even no problem probably for like 50-80$ if you take it ready and not all oiled up.

Back in the days bro when I was like 15 I had a 11hp big block on a small ass go cart. Mf came with a powersport 3.5 or something like that my neighbor had a "broken" pressure washer he was like you can have the motor if you take off. Took it off and noticed the oil sensor on it. So changed the oil and boom started on the ground lol. So we was on like a mf. Honda 11hp was dope. Shit went like 75 ish on with stock gearing. And it was a 1 wheel peel lmao. Love seeing your vids, takes me back. Makes me wanna build something again 😂

At the end of the vid you talked about the carb bro. Have you tried out the Nibbi racing carbs? Put one on my ssr 125 and man bro pulled way better then the stock unit. Was easier to get the jets dialed in too. Worth a shot

I got this same rod, did you use the screws they came with? Asking because when I use my 12 point 1/4 socket, when it comes to torque the screws my socket keeps spinning and won't torque the screws. I was lucky they didn't completely strip. Thanks
The ebay flywheel looked better tho beings it was billet the other one looks like cast aluminum. Kind of like how transmissions are made of. Not quite billet but still dope nonetheless

Have you been successful with running the cast aluminum flywheels with a 4° key? I just got one on cyber Monday from Amazon for a budget build. I seen EC carburetors has one on there website but there claiming its 18° timing and recommend a 12° key. I bought a 12° key from OMB and a Super X CM cam but don't have a degree wheel to check it.
The cast aluminum flywheels come with 18 so that puts you at 30 which is fine. You don’t really need a degree wheel. You can just install it
I got the same flywheel and put it on my engine and it ran terrible, it’s out of timing. Not sure why
@@Adrian-ig6rj well yes that sounds normal because these flywheels come with 18 degrees of timing. If you have an aftermarket cam it’s going to run bad. Are you running a cam or is it stock?

Hey RoyalJZ I just bought a pwk24mm “racing” carb for my Coleman ct200u, when I installed it to the mini bike and tried to turn it on the carb would get flooded with gasoline, so bad that it won’t start because of how much fuel the carb was choking on, fuel would start coming out the side where the air filters is adapted. And I opened it up to check the jets and it was installed with the smallest ones so there was no problem there, then I tried idling it but nothing. You got any tips?
Sounds like you got a vacuum leak make sure all the gaskets for the intake are good and everything is tight

@@RoyalJZhey Mann u saying it was for a hemi flywheel if I'm not mistaken right , all of them say non hemi on the flywheels I anit been able to find a hemi flywheel for the longest no lesser than 80 to 100 , where u getting a hemi 10k flywheel at that price , also what site u use to get a spocket hub for a 5"spilt rim with 12mm bearings I got this old vintage mini I want to hotrod up bro.
@@jasonpeeler6796 I've never seen one of those cast aluminum flywheels for a hemi. They are all for a clone taper.

Just bought a Colman c200 off fb, they swapped it with a predator 212 engine non hemi. I ziptied the governer, redid the exhaust and has air filter removed. For being such a beefy mini bike it goes up to like 45 mph!

i would add a makuni 22 mines just has the carb and its running 50mph with gov still on and has pipe

carb is easily the best upgrade for the least work. i put a nibbi pe 24mm on my wildcat and gained 10 mph at least
