Nice home but I prefer a more open concept. You walk in and it feels cluttered .
The unfinished basement has a lot of creative potential! That section of the home can be transformed into an elite modern living space!
As a traditional home it is up to date with the finishing, however, an open concept with more natural lighting throughout the main floors would have this beauty as a hot one!

This home didn't meet my expectations for $825k. Small master closet and wire shelving. Would expect to see better finishes for that price range.
There was a video tour of a home in Atlanta for $725k that you did a few weeks ago that looks way better than this one and they both have similar specs.
