I like this house I would not change that kitchen I prefer dark wood over a white kitchen it’s more inviting to me.❤❤❤love the floors I probably would paint everything white meaning walls ❤❤❤ but I love this house.
It's so pretty outside but the inside definitely needs work. I would do a full paint job, wrought iron stairway, updated lighting, change the countercounteracts, tiles in the foyer. The front door is gorgeous. It has good bones.
In California the homes are small with nonexistent backyards and cost a million dollar plus for a fixer upper in a bad area ad opposed to this beautiful home located in a pleasant looking neighborhood Are the folks in Georgia in that much of a bubble that they're unaware of the outside world??
It's crazy when I see these homes in Georgia. In South West Kentucky they are selling basic, basic habitat for humanity style homes for 300 thousand. 2 and 3 bedrooms no basement, no yard.
That’s what I said too. That’s about it, and because u would need to do that, price should come down to around $500,000. . Nice home, plenty of space, and nice yard too.
After Repair Values are strong but I do believe there is a great ability to come in and negotiate on this one. 875K is the strongest comp built in 2004, slight renovations with in ground pool, so there’s room. I believe the needed renovations would be around 30-50K just depending on how far you want to go with it. The good part is it’s livable while doing renovations.
I live in NYC, don't know the taxes on a house that size. But if you have the time, and $ to bring it up....that space is worth it. But that 30-45k reno estimate, definitely not! To do that house right, be prepared to at least triple that.
Always remember from could be a Micro issue meaning high crime it’s not everywhere on a macro level. I would definitely say that about Ellenwood. However, you know your tolerance level better than anyone else. Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@raymondrileyjr I agree, but whenever someone come in your yard trying to steal cars and breaking into is a much dangerous situation, plus GA judicial system sucks when things like this happens which happen for my family. I was coming home and saw them bring to steal one of my cars, I pulled up armed and they ran and go into a car waiting down the street. Turned out to be kids working for his uncle who was a criminal but ga could not prosecute the kids. Next week, they tried again and then attempted to get into my house until I released my Two Cane Corso on them and one was captured by my dog and I had him at gun point until the officers shown up. When thru to court system as well and the same thing happen.
It’s a big house and your shots are all over the place you can’t even really see and distinguish or follow the lay out of the house to see if there’s wasted space!
That house looks like it has a lot of major problems that will cost an astronomical amount of money to fix. Not only is it outdated but even the foundation looks questionable.
I think we’re doing just fine being original to who we are here at @AtlantaGeorgiaLiving but I do appreciate your comment and watching. I guess since we’re discussing. The thought process behind the music selection is the basement in most peoples homes is where the fun happens hence the more upbeat music in that section over the jazz. It’s interesting though that we’re talking about music selection in a real estate video… but I guess.
Im a Real Estate Agent and I have been to that subdivision I love the space between properties

This home is phenomenal.....so much potential!!
Enjoyed the video tour of the house and it’s actually a nice layout as well!!!
This is my favorite place on your channel, starting with the front door 😎. I like the trey ceilings and ensuites in the guestrooms.
I absolutely love this house I can see myself putting my own diy spin on it. ❤

This house is amazing! Looking at a lot of the homes you tour with these finished basements, it's almost like getting 2 houses in 1!
Nice big home, it definitely needs some updates though. But I'm sold on the entryway and the master closet ;)
I wish me and my hubby could jump on that. That’s a WoW! House😮
This is nice home and I don't have problem with any updates
Big houses come with big problems and big maintenance and taxes. $700k and needs updating? Pass
Exactly…….
Well if you got the money it's nothing
@@bulkmeup3376 True. See the way my bank account is set up.

New subbie. Very nice. I grew up in the city & lived in Ellenwood for a few years. I love Ellenwood. I live in Decatur now.
Very nice houses & this 1 in particular, so nice & spacious 👍🏾 new Subscriber 😊
How is the neighborhood as far as occupancy? $740,000 isn't a bad price, hopefully negotiable. I LOVE THIS HOUSE!
very outdated but I love the space
Very!

Very nice...flawless.
Kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, and carpet need to be redone for sure! This is a nice home though especially the master bedroom.

It’s liveable you can take a room at a time. The kitchen just needs updated appliances tbh
Very nice ❤
Gorgeous
RYAN'S
Nice Home I would have like a large back yard hardwood floors throughout the home over all its real nice
Wow beautiful
I'd live in it just like that 💯♥️🤎🖤🧡
800K and ,realistically thinking, needs about 100K in modernization. Gorgeous home, lots of land, crazy curb appeal but it's a hard-pass for the cost.
Nice house needs updating the size of this house is great I’m just wondering would it be worth renovating with the price in the $700’s

Appears to need alot of updating
Nice 😍
Hi there! Nice home for the price. It definitely needs to come into 2022… love the size!! what do you think the renovation on this would cost?
Depending on how far you want to go with it but I would say 30-45K in renovations to bring it up to 2022 focusing on kitchen and bathrooms.
@@raymondrileyjr thank you!
Nice house. But not enough backyard space for a pool.
Has this masterpiece sold?

It would be great to move back to Ellenwood, but Crime is a major problem there and that’s why we left.

Dust him off next time.
I would need to reconfigure the kitchen. I need a large island without the cooktop or sink. Don't really like Ellenwood though.
What's up with that media room orientation? 🤔
I know this house off the market for the price as is not a bad deal.
Thanks for watching.

Ain't that kountry Wayne house?
Actually liked the house but the backyard is way too small. Noticed air fresheners in every room.what is it they don't want you to smell.
why did I see a fatback tv lol how old is this video??

200k at best
🤣🤣🤣
Mic is WAYYYYYY to low. Gotta go back to my Property Tour lady. Can't here you at all.
This music will NOT hell channel grow. It's lacking calmness & goes from jazz to African beats. Take a leaf from successful other GA YT channels.

You move the camera too fast and not in a logical flow...too jerky.
