Cheers for the video content! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you researched - Franaar Stay Peace Formula (google it)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for getting rid of your anxiety disorder minus the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my best friend Jordan finally got great success with it.

Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes or more. Let thoughts come. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Whenever you are free during the day or night before sleep sit or lie down still for a few minutes and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. Feel the stillness flow within you. Make it a daily habit. Do the above meditation daily to have a good life. Best wishes and prayers. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

My therapist told me to watch these :,) i didn’t think i would find these people
as someone that's seen a mental health professional I can tell you mostly what they're really doing is letting him get your feelings out and not judgmental way so if you can do that in another capacity it's really helpful

One thing that makes me feel good is to do things for others. A lot of times when you're so thinking about yourself and how you feel when you step outside yourself and try to do something nice for someone else it really helps

the letter b is not a very good letter I give up on the letter b which would mean it is also a very nonsensical letter. Why are they all talking so fast? As if they are forced to speak out loud all their lifetime vocabulary in less than a minute. You don't reach an anxious teen's soul what all that word bombarding.
Talking very fast is one of the symptoms of anxiety because you think about so many thing at the same time and it's a sign of lack of confidence, which is also one of the consequences of an anxiety disorder. You can tell most of them are very anxious.
