I really like her japanese dubbing. Her way of speaking japanese(?) puts her into a really interesting character. I also liked her English dubbing too, but the two voice actresses are so different, the two holos feel almost too different xD

She's saying "wacchi" instead of ichi, which is playing off the fact that she refers to herself as "wacchi" (わっち) in Japanese. It's a joke highlighting her antiquated speech patterns, like when she says "kuryare" (くりゃれ) towards the end of the video.

I've never heard of "wanchi (わつち)" used as a substitute for the number one before.

It's actually the little tsu so わっち
It's not a japanese engrish.
It's an older dialect.
And Holo, being an ancient immortal being, is using an older dialect.
