    Love everything you do and massive props to you for actually showing your real store vs the other UA-camrs who hide it (if they even have one). One cost to deduct from your $22k is the Printify fees for the shirt and fulfillment. Please keep going with your channel. I know it's a grind sometimes.

    As always clear and detailed vid. Thank you so much! I'm curious, how many hours a day would you say you work on your shop? People always make out as if Etsy can be a passive income stream, but now that im trying to build a shop, i'm pretty sceptical.

      I can tell u. It is super hard. Takes a lot of hours, and u have to learn many programs. Also, u will have issues every other day, when things don’t work or u encounter a new issue. All I can say is u have to keep going and going. Do a little bit everyday day. Until it becomes second nature. The other thing is people who usually start this is because they actually enjoy the process and likes to learn. Not really for the money, to get there takes a lot of time. I spent like almost a month working sat/sund and after work, until 1AM and made a $2 sale. Not much but am really proud of my self. I will keep going and going. That’s all I can say, but is not a piece of cake lol

    Another great video. Very informative and I love the step by step break down. I truly appreciate all that you do! I hope to get my shop up and running soon. Watching your videos keeps me feeling positive, like maybe I can actually do this! So thank you! ❤
    I struggle with depression, anxiety, adhd, procrastination and fear of failure…so it hasn’t been easy (to say the least) trying to start my own business. When I work for others, I am a great employee, always going above and beyond…but for some reason, I have trouble being a great employee for MYSELF! 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️😩
    Anyone else struggle with any of these things?
    Anyone have any advice on how to get myself to just FOCUS and freaking do what I need to do, to be a successful self employed individual?

      I'm the same as you, I had a lot of anxiety about starting my etsy shop. I am still new to it all but I have a few sales under my belt now which has helped my anxiety. I think the best thing to do is just get started. There's so much helpful info on UA-cam which is great. I started with physical products but I'm realising that print on demand seems to be the way to go for me personally due to my health etc. so I'm trying to do as much research as I can before I jump right in (like you, I want to get it right because I fear failure!) Good luck with your journey, you can absolutely do it! Start small and do a little bit of research each day, you don't want to get overwhelmed and give up completley (I know the feeling!)

      Thank you for the words of encouragement. It's always good to know you're not alone in your struggles (even though I'd never wish for someone else to have these struggles) and that others who struggle, find success. I am happy for you that you have gotten some sales...congratulations! That helps me feel like if I can just stick to it...I can do it! Thanks again and I wish you the best of luck with your business! :)@@blackicerose

    Hello, ive look at your shop and noticed your targeting multiple niches on a single product, what did you think made your shop stand out from others that are also doing ai art?

    • @digitallypurposedbailey
      @digitallypurposedbailey  11 місяців тому +2

      Probably because I started way before AI or used it and did customer research on the types of designs they were looking for, then built my large audience off Etsy on FB and email to market back to every week.

    Bailey! Hi! I ran out of credits super fast on 10:15 Kittl. I’m going month by month and it said I used up all I could for the day. Are all AI’s the same ? I want to do more in one day. What should I do next? I only created four images that worked for me. I love that the background can be removed. The style kept changing so I added the images to styles.

    Hi :) great video! You mentioned in another video that making coaster designs was an idea worth exploring. I’m struggling making them. I have a bunch of AI images but when I put them in the canva template they don’t download as 300dpi pngs. The only photoshop templates I have are multiple coasters, and I’m not sure how to separate them. It’s very frustrating and not sure what to do to keep the coasters 300dpi and 3 inches at 1 per page like others do. Seems like I can only get one or the other. Any resources you recommend to figure this out?

    • @digitallypurposedbailey
      @digitallypurposedbailey  Рік тому

      Thanks! This is one of the reasons I've switched from Canva, due to the way it saves things and different dimensions/DPI. I would honestly try another software to see if it works when creating them in the format you need them to.

    • @digitallypurposedbailey
      @digitallypurposedbailey  Рік тому +2

      I would say I focused on high demand/low comp, having a better design than what was out there, and a mockup up that increased CTR higher than the competitors. Other than that it's just about sales velocity, so the sooner you can get a sale on something, the better chance it has at making more sales

    How are you able to have the lower price point that you have for your tumblers when you use Printify for you POD SUPPLIER? At the current price point that they charge customers, you would be losing money. Are you buying in bulk?

I teach in my course, primarily the original, non AI way I designed, as well as an entire AI module that was added later this year. Should you have any continual questions regarding this....you are more than welcome to reach out in the private group if you are a member or via email. Thanks!
