@@FrameRage He didn't die he was on his feet going back into the burning library it never showed him dying because the Marines had to flee the buster call
Absolutely love this theory but i think Oda would use a character that is a bit more relevant in the story like Jaguar D. Saul. After all we saw that he was alive in Egghead and that he (a giant) would appear in the upcoming Elbaf arc. He is 'marked by the flames' of the burning land Ohara (or cold burns are a thing because he was frozen by Aokiji).
Montblanc Norland could do no wrong and I love him and I hope he comes back as a Luffy/Usopp parallel form half way between the void century and the current time line. His story is not done, he was too cool and important. He cut that snake's head off with one strike, which puts him at a similar level to an early post-time skip Zoro who was strong as HELL
OARS JR moved the fishman island road poneglyph. It could be on sphinx island which explains why marco was protecting it but somehow i feel its somewhere else.
To add a little bit to this marked by flames could have a figurative meaning aswell, because Deuce is literally "marked" emotionally by Ace, since they were close. Sounds cute and I hope this is the real reveal.
Welp I’m finna reread and watch one piece over again . Oda set himself up for life . This is literally the only manga that has so much lore that can keep going and be good after the story concludes
I'm a strong believer that whitebeards ponyglyph is encased inside his tombstone concreted around it so luffy has to finally visit ace's proper grave before gaining the knowledge of where the one piece could be and it sounds like a amazing hiding place 😂
My money is on Dragon, only person left significant enough in the story to have markings on his body, powerful enough to take it, with enough reason to do so.
So the rules of the comment section say don’t spoil ? I don’t get it is this an anime only Chanel 🤔 ? And what is BYOB I didn’t understand that either But anyways the man marked by flames is 100% Gin
A bit late to the party, but here is something that I just.. couldn't quite get out of my head when you were breaking down your theory. The road poneglyph being at Fishman Island, the fact that it went missing somewhere between the 25 year gap from Rogers age to now, and then the "Man Marked by Flames".. Here is what my brain got to thinking. First off, let's take the "marked by flames" term and really analyze it thoroughly. What can that mean? Well the most common answer is scarring of some kind, specifically by fire. But what if it could mean something else entirely? Celestial Dragons brand their insignias upon the bodies of people with a heated iron brand. This makes them "property" and is a very recognizable symbol. This, by itself, obviously makes one rule out this because "they would say they were a former slave" or "they had the claw of the dragon" on them. But what if this symbol was covered up? Say... by turning it into a tattoo of the sun? A sphere surrounded by flames? This is where my brain gets to turning. Especially with everything going on in Egghead. What if being "marked by flames" is referring to symbiology, not an actual scar? What if Fisher Tiger, a known rebel against the slave trade who was the leader of the Sun Pirates and presumed dead, is the man marked by flames? Obviously it could either be the REAL Fisher, or perhaps a clone of him? I know this is kinda crazy since his death is what set up Jinbe, Arlong, Koala, and the Gorgon Trio's stories into motion. But if Saul can survive via his connections to the Revolutionaries, why can't he? Or, at the very least, be brought back with Vegapunk's science? If I haven't already lost you, bare with me and suspend your disbelief a little longer. The more you consider this avenue, the more it begins to make both thematical sense, but also gives some really interesting plot developments. Tiger, in fact, has close relations to Fishman Island. So what if he had partnered with the Revolutionaries before his death? Perhaps even to allow him more intel and opportunity to strike against Marygeoise? This could explain both his absence and presumed death, alongside how he fits into this story. Now picture this. Boa has been defeated by Blackbeard, Jinbe is with the Straw Hats, and huge things are transpiring on the global stage. A man who is rarely seen, has the ability to generate whirlpools (consider feats of Fishman tactics via Arlong Park), and is "marked by flames"? The potential of this revelation is HUGE. Not only would it be emotional payoffs for his old crew members and friends, but this could even open up the door for the return (and possible psuedo-redemption path) of Arlong. We have seen other previous Warlords return (Crocodile, Moria, Boa, Kuma, etc) as secondary characters and even allies! If Bellamy of all people can get a semi-redemption arc, then why can't Arlong? I'm not suggesting it's a "all is forgiven" type of thing, but rather a chance for Arlong to change his ways and reinvent him for the future. This would just be the icing on the proverbial cake. So, in conclusion, I think this is an interesting possibility. One that, despite it's overreaching in places, would be one hell of a twist. This twist could even pull us back to Fishman Island proper and set up future developments (I.E Luffy bringing about the "Destruction of Fishman Island" and such). This also could be one hell of a lore drop about Nika, since Who's Who was the one to talk about "Slaves praying to the Sun God to deliver them". Perhaps Fisher Tiger was inspired by Nika when choosing his jolly roger? What if this is the missing link between the promise to the Fishman and the destruction of their home? Thanks for reading, but if you didn't? TL;DR: Fisher Tiger could be the "man marked by flames". It's a stretch, but him being a Fishman and working with the revolutionaries in secret could explain his absence, survival, and ability to make whirlpools. Guarding the poneglyph, his crews name, and his jolly roger could be directly inspired by the legend of Joyboy and Nika. This would tie him into the story, potentially gives us insight into the history of Joyboy, and thematically payoff a bunch of characters emotional attachment to him (similar to Sabo returning). Could even make an opening for Arlong to return.
Oh wow , I didn’t think of it like that . For some reason when you mentioned masked deuce I started to think maybe he got some sort of marking from eating a piece of the mera mera fruit after ace took the first bite . But I can see it being maybe a symbolic name or a sort of scar
The panel with blackbeard confirming that he doesn't know where 2 of the road poneglyphs are confirms that it should be impossible for him to get to laughtale since he would never find the one on Zunesha. So the only place that would make sense for Luffy and him to fight is if Luffy needs to actively fight him for some reason or if BB has someone tailing him and they manage to just follow him but that would be pretty cheap imo for someone to be able to make it in just by following Luffy. Laughtale feels like a place that no one should ever see outside of Luffy & crew and the auddience. Most I'd be able to swallow is if they fight right outside laughtale almost like BB is the boss guarding the entrance.
I think you’re onto something ! It would have a sentimental if Deuces helped Luffy because it would mean that it’s ace’s friend that prevents Blackbeard, who caused Ace to die, from getting the last poneglyph
LOVE THAT !! Didn’t even think of it that way. The same idea exists for whitebeard - it’s keeping the stone away from “the man Roger ISNT waiting for” hmm
@@DaksSake i wrote that before the end of the video and you kinda went through the same thought process at the end just put in another way so cheers 😆 oh yeah I see what you mean !!
Highly doubt Deuce holds weight like that in the series. Sidekick to Ace protecting a Road Gylph for years? With Oda, all these theories that seem correct never end up that way
I totally forgot about deuce! Him being the man marked by flames would make so much sense! I used to think it was scopper gaban but this seems more likely
I read the first half of the message and was like, “oh no what is chautz about to say what did I do”and then I read the rest and was relieved haha! TCB has the manga version of it available!
i thought big moms red ponoglyph is the one from fishman island and that jinbe gave that one to big mom as a gift(along with monthly supply of candy) so she would "protect" fishman island
what if the last road poneglyph is with world govt? Could be that at the conclusion of the final war they get their hands on the last road poneglyph and set out to laugh tale. maybe facing blackbeard for it or fighting him at laugh tale?
I like dials still having an appearance. Usopp somehow quit using them even though he had great fighting skills with them. I don't know if the original really hints to something like a scar or burn mark but couldn't it be litteral flames and we will get to know another lunerian? Anyway, Deuce might be a chance to not only have us readers but luffy get to know a lot about his brother.
I think man marked by flame is dragon because in fishman island arc when luffy and his crew were on the way to the new world they get trapped in a giant whirlpool and then Franky said the line that it is like a dragon .. We know that oda is very specific about the dialogue so may be he was referring to luffy's dad ..
This is my own theory on the one piece treasure i think since the world of one piece is divided and all i think that treasure is gonna bring peace (one piece) and once all of the ancient weapon is completed it will destroy the grand line to make the sea not divided but in one piece that is what sanji is looking for the ALL BLUE SEA
I thought that jimbei brought the fish man ponoglyph to big mom as a peace offering when he joined big mom to use her name as protection for fish man island?
Interesting theory with the flame dial creating the whirlpools. I like to imagine that the ship ate a devil fruit Like the sword in enies lobby, and since boats dont swim they float the curse may not affect it

@@FrameRage he died inside the tree, when saving all the book with Robin mom and all the scholars.
@@FrameRage He didn't die he was on his feet going back into the burning library it never showed him dying because the Marines had to flee the buster call
@@Gastino21 saul is confirm to be alive on elbaf
20:04 this gave me goosebumps
i love this theory by the way
@@limb.dondototohasstartedso7288 THANK YOU! I’m so glad you liked it, hopefully it gets revealed soon !
i love it no disturbing random ads here
I’m so speechless, I don’t even know what to say🤯
Oh yeah… Now I know
-Deuces
Absolutely love this theory but i think Oda would use a character that is a bit more relevant in the story like Jaguar D. Saul. After all we saw that he was alive in Egghead and that he (a giant) would appear in the upcoming Elbaf arc. He is 'marked by the flames' of the burning land Ohara (or cold burns are a thing because he was frozen by Aokiji).
Dude his mask literally has swirls, or whirlpools, on the corners. It all lines up too well
Oda thinks he’s slick!
That RIP next to kidd was a low blow sneak diss. 🤣
What if the mask his wearing is melted onto his face or has scars around his eyes
I love this theory cuz as you said its a symbol that ace is still helping luffy even after he died
Sounds cute and I hope this is the real reveal.
i tought Big Mom had the Fishmand Island Road Poneglyph due to it being her territory before
I saw the silhouette in the beginning and started rubbing my hands like Birdman bc i knew i was about to eat🤣
Welp I’m finna reread and watch one piece over again . Oda set himself up for life . This is literally the only manga that has so much lore that can keep going and be good after the story concludes
the swirls at the bottom and top corners of deuce's mask match the top of the devil fruit him and ace both ate
I'm a strong believer that whitebeards ponyglyph is encased inside his tombstone concreted around it so luffy has to finally visit ace's proper grave before gaining the knowledge of where the one piece could be and it sounds like a amazing hiding place 😂
Ig The man marked by flames is Marco ? Because fishmen island was their territory
You 100% nailed it. I am sure this theory will turn out true.
Another banger. 🔥🔥🔥 BTW I really liked your Shanks theory in regards to the silhouettes of the Holy Knights.
Finally!!! ive been waiting for this one🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Let me know what you think :D
WE HERE NOW!!!!!
Legend!
All right this WAY better than the scopper gabon theory haha XD
Hahahaha Scopper is gonna be at lodestar! I feel like people throw him in for every “mystery person” theory but lodestar makes the most sense to me
My money is on Dragon, only person left significant enough in the story to have markings on his body, powerful enough to take it, with enough reason to do so.
So the rules of the comment section say don’t spoil ? I don’t get it is this an anime only Chanel 🤔 ? And what is BYOB I didn’t understand that either
But anyways the man marked by flames is 100% Gin
The man marked by flames might be the one with eye-patch.
Hmm a black ship sailing around whirlpools captained by a man that has knowledge of and uses ancient artifacts?
Its Jack D. Sparrow
I love this theory if nothing else just for it pulling back the post time skip story full circle.
Great idea
Blackbeard can just take Law's poneglyph copy
If it is masked duce im putting my money on him having a giant fire tattoo in memory of ace.
With Oda, all these theories that seem correct never end up that way
yea idk why people get into believing this kinda stuff just doesn’t make sense for where we are in terms of the span of One Piece
I totally forgot about deuce! Him being the man marked by flames would make so much sense! I used to think it was scopper gaban but this seems more likely
4:56 I'm so tempted to stop watching this video, go read the Ace Light Novel, and come back!
I read the first half of the message and was like, “oh no what is chautz about to say what did I do”and then I read the rest and was relieved haha! TCB has the manga version of it available!

Okay im late to this amazing theory but what if the burn mark is underneath the 😷 mask and thats why he wears the mask
Probably equally my favorite video next to your mole theory, DUECE IS THE MMBF!!
The answer is obvious. The man marked by flames is Prince Zuko
🤦🏽♂️
i thought big moms red ponoglyph is the one from fishman island and that jinbe gave that one to big mom as a gift(along with monthly supply of candy) so she would "protect" fishman island
This theory actually makes sense
Wasn't Saul literally wrapped in bandages from the fire that melted his ice.
what if the last road poneglyph is with world govt? Could be that at the conclusion of the final war they get their hands on the last road poneglyph and set out to laugh tale. maybe facing blackbeard for it or fighting him at laugh tale?
I like dials still having an appearance. Usopp somehow quit using them even though he had great fighting skills with them.
I don't know if the original really hints to something like a scar or burn mark but couldn't it be litteral flames and we will get to know another lunerian? Anyway, Deuce might be a chance to not only have us readers but luffy get to know a lot about his brother.
Only problem with this theory is that bb was on whitebeards ship
The theory you create was a masterpiece. Even if man marked by flames revealed and its not masked deuce this theory still a masterpiece 🔥🔥
Mask deuce is that you? Mask deuce writing the novel of ace.
Roger wasn't waiting for you!
Literally no one would take that personal, I guess ^^
Great video Dak #MoleGang
Sobo was definitely marked by a flame and he has Ace fruit
Clover is the man marked with burn scars
My boy Big Deuce!!
BIG DEUCE!
Nahh i think it s jaguar d saul burned by aokiji ice
Interesting theory with the flame dial creating the whirlpools. I like to imagine that the ship ate a devil fruit
Like the sword in enies lobby, and since boats dont swim they float the curse may not affect it
I initially thought it was going to be robins dad, and I still would love that to be the case, but It's probably unlikely. I can clutch straws tho
I always thought the reason why deuce is good at ship working because he just constantly read books to pass his time in childhood and decided to become a pirate to see all the stuff he read about and write his own
Great job! I’d love for this character re-introduction
Bro we can clearly see duce having a curly eyebrow bro why is no one talking about it!!!?
@DaksSake
Bro ate the theory Theory fruit 🍊
FIRE! i want a figure of this guy
What if it's someone who is cured by Marco's flames who has a mark because of his flames maybe a fishman or human
