- After being in Thailand for over a month, I moved to Cambodia. And while my eyes are fresh and my mood is inspiring, I decided to compare the capitals of those 2 countries. What is the difference between Bangkok and Phnom Penh?

I am so anxious to work in Phnom Penh. The 1 year visa is the reason. I have been going to Thailand for years, but those stupid 90 day immigration check-ins and 30 day border runs are so stressful (not a happy life).
how long i can stay in PP the longest 30 days?
@@SEGASHI You buy the "ordinary" visa on arrival a.k.a. the looking for work visa. It is good for 30 days. Then when you find work, you apply for the 1 year visa. If you don't want a job, you can renew the "ordinary" visa every 30 days forever! It's $35 each time.

Over 10 years ago, Bangkok faced the terrorism, 💣 I lost a friend in bomb explosion on new year day too. The bombs were hidden in / around trash bin. That's why Thailand, especially Bangkok, kept out the trash bins in crowded area. Did you notice that trash bins in train stations are see-through type.

I prefer Bangkok a zillion times over Phnom Penh. Why? Because Thai people are more welcoming than Cambodians.

Cambodia is much better, older civilization temples everything, Thailand is passé now
PP is more quaint and cultured bangkok is basically one huge dull metropolis with soulless seas of shopping malls
