@@lolzies4537 me and my friends play on a multiplayer server. We spawned on a land separsted by multiple rivers and our houses are built on each piece of land. There are like at least 10 drowned constantly in the rivers at a time.
Reading the hagahagga without the growl makes me feel like google translate.

I had a baby drowned spawn with a trident, I used blocks to block the tridents then after 5 minutes of placing blocks I contained the pint sized terror, then broke a block, struck with a sword, then placed it back, it didn't drop the trident but it dropped a ton of satisfaction. It was hard difficulty and I had no armor, only blocks and a stone sword.

@@jenna3757 No, I am not, I just learned how to stop arrows with blocks because my sister used to be a bully to me in game and in real life, now I am much bigger and I decided to stop the fighting.

Fox Gaming happens to me all the time. I spend so much time in the water tbh. I have like 7 tridents on my survival world just from killing drowned.
So, a husk is just a dry zombie and a drowned is just a wet zombie

Exactly i just started playing 2 days ago after a 3 year break. I decided to go and explore after i made my diamond sword and armor. I made a boat and I was peacefully rowing my way through the sea looking at the sunset. Until, fucking aquaman and his friends came out nowhere and started throwing fucking forks at me. I lost all my precious loot miles away in middle of the ocean. I was so confused...
At first I thought there were invisible skeletons until I see them.

i sometimes see a bunch of drowned in a shipwreck so maybe you aren't wrong about that theory but the drowned might have just spawned in the shipwreck or somehow got into the shipwreck

It's because one provoked another by mistake.

is basically a diamond sword but for early game
@@aalluring On Bedrock edition, tridents have the same attack strength as diamond swords, but there's more to them. You can acquire them early in the game, and you can use them to attack at close range (like swords) and long range (like shooting arrows from a bow or crossbow). If you think about it, a tridents acts like a sword and bow simultaneuosly. Personally, I think they are pretty useful for early game players, especially those who haven't gotten their cubic hands on diamond swords yet.

its so annoying, they shouldnt be spawning in the river and should only be present in oceans or something.

I love the fact that a zombie becomes a drowned by being underwater long enough. Also cool that Drowned are basically Sea-Zombies.
We need giant Drowned Spiders in the game.
It is possible for a drowned to intentionally attack another drowned, but only if the other drowned accidentally attacked that drowned while trying to hit the player.
Edit: In most cases, it’s with a trident.
That’s what I was thinking
Or if that drowned had a Trident and another drowned walking in front of them and than got hit by the Trident it would attack the drowned with the Trident on purpose.

i have a bridge across a river by my house and i always see drowned in the river and i always gotta go down and kill them but no matter how many times i kill them, them mfs will always respawn 💀

Yes, well drowns can attack each other if they accidentally hit one another. I think that because other hostile mobs like zombies and skeletons usually attack each other because of them attacking one another by accident.

Swamps are also considered as rivers (but stinky rivers)

The spawn rate for drowns seems to be out of whack bedrock-wide. It's to the point that it appears to affect the spawn rate for just about any other mob.

Really cool! Most of this stuff I knew but it was good to confirm a couple things and get some specific info. I didn't know the chance for one to hold a trident and the chance to drop it was that low. Definitely worth the prize though if they do!! It's also good to know that if they are holding a nautilus shell, it's guaranteed that they'll drop them! Definitely know to get them when I see them because I've done it so far! Also the info about them spawning a lot in rivers and going back to water when burning (except at night which is funny like you said) is good to know. Thx for the cool vid!
