Restoration - 1965 legendary Czech Watch. Still, fit for diplomatic service?

Restoration / repair of a 1965 Prim ala Diplomat watch. Dial the wrong way up, missing a crown and winding stem, sort of ticks when it's in the mood, other than that it's a perfect Wristwatch. Can we fix it? Can old meet new when we introduce some 3D Printing? Let's find out.
The Czech Republic (Czechoslovakia at the time) became the 8th country with the technical capability to produce a mechanical watch, and produce them they did around 13 million in 60 year time period.
