I have 2 packs of Novalager that I was debating about brewing either a cold IPA or lager with. Based on your input and others I think I'll go with the cold IPA. If I could make a recommendation for your video, it would be sound down on the music a little. I had a hard time understanding you when you were talking because the background music was too loud. Thanks for another good video
The one batch I made with NovaLager, I had fantastic results after letting it lager for 4 to 6 weeks. Lutra I had one good batch, one that was very ale like.
I did one NovaLager batch in a hoppy pilsner fermented at 18C, and it was just not as crisp as some other batches I made with W-34/70. It is an interesting concept, but I am not sure it makes great room temperature lagers, or has any big advantages over W-34/70. It might be a good replacement for US-05 for a bit more clean character in a IPA or Pale Ale. Did you upgrade fermenters? I am used to seeing the glass carboys.
I bought the conical about 4 years ago, but I used to use it only for lagers and ales in cardboys, now as I dont have much spear time to brew for my own I start to using the conical for every brew, thanks for watching
Good video. Yep, no music needed for your final presentation. 🍻
Thanks I will take it in consideration
Hell YEAH! HE IS BACK! Cheers, brother.
Love novalager. Good stuff. Amazing what they are doing with yeast now.
nice to hear some real comments about this yeast
I didn't get the results I was looking for either. And it's too expensive. Thanks for the video . Cheers 😀 👍 🍻

Nice! I had 6 batches with Nova until now, had very different results with clarifying, still not sure why... but like the taste of it. 🍻
Good stuff!
Love the videos but please lower the volume on the music. I find it kind of hard to hear what you’re saying sometimes.
Thanks for the feedback, I will do lower the music, thanks again !
