    I created this little toolkit with different movement, embodiment, and mind-body connection exercises to help you integrate embodied healing on the day to day!
    Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by other people's energy? Are you an empath, introvert, highly sensitive person? Do you have ADHD? Are you simply a human who tends to FEEL A LOT? This video is the perfect way to start taking back control of your energy. In this video, we dive deep in the world of embodied boundaries. Your body is the ultimate boundary because it is what physically separates you from your environment. It is also the physical container for some of the more subtle parts of you like your thoughts, emotions, energy, and soul. In this exercise I guide you through connecting to your body, feeling your energy, exploring your environment, and ultimately creating your own embodied boundary, helping you EMBODY what it feels like to move into the world while feeling like your energy is protected.
