Good news The Big Arch is available in Canada and it’s fantastic
The "Big Arse" was available in Canada too, But I heard you guys got Turd-o Out of there?....😂
I remember most of these hamburgers from the various fast food
places that had them especially here in Oklahoma at the time but
Thanks for the Delicious Memories of the Past.😋🍔🥤🍔😋
The BK Broiler from Burger King was a winner.
🎉 A good burger, But aren't they all broiled at Burger King?...
McDonald's Angus 3rd pounders. Those were my favorite McDonald's burgers. Once they were discontinued I quit going there. Only for breakfast
Mc Donald's Big N Tasty - 2002 for $0.99.
They bring back the essence of the McDeluxe every now and then
Loved the McDLT!
The Hula burger is hysterical. This is how confused people were about meat free meals back then.
The Arch Deluxe is the best burger McDonald's has EVER made!
I miss McDonald's pizza.
The BK Mushroom Double Swiss was really tasty.
The REAL reason the BK Whaler was discontinued was due to the myriad of lawsuits filed by disappointed shoppers who thought they were getting a nice, hot, juicy slab of whale carcass. When it was discovered that they were using cheap whitefish, the egg was already on the face of the King. Too bad, they should bring it back, but this time with actual whale meat.
That and the whaler was bait. For the land whales to flock to so my men could man the harpoons in the parking lot.
I LOVED the Arch Deluxe, thought it was excellent!!
People, don't be fooled about the "special sauce". It's thousand island dressing, aka sandwich spread produced by Kraft foods, which you can get at any grocery store.
Special sauce is nothing like Thousand Island. Special sauce has dill pickle and onion... Also mustard. ... With mayo and ketchup.... However, Thousand Island is sweet pickle relish, mayo and ketchup.
@@ulikeditThere are no tomatoes in secret sauce, other than that you are correct.
If you think that, you have the palette of a third grader.
I dont eat anything with special sauce - I would not even order anything that would have special sauce. If you cant put mayo, mustard or catsup on it why bother
Sort of, But special sauce has just a bit of creamed horse radish in it. not much, You don't taste it in most burgers, But I found it most pronounced on the big Mac!
The original Yumbo, that was good! The old school Whaler was GREAT- kicked the filet of fish right in the gill! Big Classic (double with cheese), you truly are missed! Oh BK, the double mushroom swiss was Da Bomb! Here in northern Ohio McDs had a Micheal Dean Perry (Browns football) burger back in the 90's. A triple cheeseburger with bacon, onions, ketchup, pickles & mustard on a sesame seed bun, I loved it !!! I still miss the sweet relish packets Wendy's used to have. They were great on the chix sandwich. Arby's 3 cheese roast beef was good too.
the mushroom burger looks really good
that guy from the yumbo add looks like that guy law and order svu.
what about the MAC feast from Mc Donald's ? I It was so good.
I would have really loved to know how Burger Chef tasted. The closest comparison seems to be Hardee's.
Had a big arch with habenero and it was amazing
You guys should start a new series, Wildly Inaccurate Video Titles. Seems like that’s what you guys primarily do.
Carl's Jr. California roast beef sandwich needs to return
The BK Big Fish was mega! 🤤🔥
I mean, there aren't too many people missing some of these burgers from these restaurants that were introduced in the mid 60's, going on 60 years ago.....
Wendy's is a shadow of itself since dave died.
Carl’s Jr used to have a chili burger. Bring that back!
Changing taste of people who think they know food.
Back in the day, I remember when Fast Food Restaurants had Affordable Prices, Delicious Food, Friendly Employees, and the Right Orders. Compared to now a days, Expensive Food, and the Food Wasn't good, Overcharging, Rude Employees and Given the Wrong Order. 4:44
@@DavidSquires-iy4uv It's almost like they don't care. I'm not saying the need to kiss my ass, but a little compassion goes a long, long way!
I remember when a capital letter meant something!
@@burbanpoison2494 You must be pretty old
Right order? Im in my 50s and I dont remember that ever being a thing.
What about Hardees Frisco Burger, thick patty with condiments and cheese on a sourdough bun. All time favorite of mine.
I mean, the bacon double cheeseburger may not be on the menu anymore, but you get the same thing if you request a double cheeseburger add bacon.
I am so old I remember when McDLT came out!
I loved the Mc DLT - its really the only burger I would eat in highschool.
More than anything, we're not gonna mention Christopher Meloni eating that Yumbo???
When i was a teen in the 70's growing up in texas McDonald's had a hamburger called the mcfeast i have never heard it mentioned since i left there when i joined the military, i even mention it and no one has even heard of it go figure.
You need to do a part 2 cause you forgot about the Wendy melt, from Wendy’s the bullseye burger from Burger King the international chicken sandwiches. Angry whopper from Burger King.
Just because it has burger in the title, doesn’t make it one,. The Hula Burger had a piece of pineapple, not a burger.
The McDLT was discontinued due to customer complaints about the the size of the container(and the inconvenience of getting it to go in the drive thru) more than the environmental concerns.
The Arch Deluxe was good, wish they'd kept it or brought it back
Jack In The Box occasionally brings back the Bonus Jack for limited times, as the video correctly points out
McDLT wasn't discontinued because the customers complained nor Environemtal concerns (people didnt even think about that nor cared)..it was because it took longer for the employees to make.. in my area when you went inside they were pretty popular to see people eating them..
I bought those all the time back then in my early 20's,best burger they made ever! I went through the drive thru and never had a issue through the window, hell cars were even smaller then than today!
@@MikeekiM-vh5se reread my comment...I stated that in addition to the so-called environmental concerns, the hassle of the container by customers also contributed to the demise. McDonald's themselves have said this
McDLT in card board please
Wendy’s Dave’s Deluxe was the best fast food burger ever produced.
A ham a cheese sandwich is not a burger.
Wendy’s Frescata sandwiches, it’s in, the name, sandwiches, therefore not burgers.
Again from Burger King, The Wailer, a fish sandwich, not a burger.
The Arch deluxe was nasty
Sonic Steak Sandwich, not a burger.
Premium McWraps were pretty decent
Premium disgusting
“20 Famous Hamburgers That Vanished From Restaurants” , that’s the title you guys gave this video, the Yumbo from Burger King is not a hamburger, it’s a sandwich. just call at 19 burgers next time, or 20 items.
Bring back styrofoam!
I would pay $20 for a super bar meal ...
I got out of highschool at noon to go to work, 2 building from my job was a Wendys with the Superbar, I got the salid bar 3 or 4 times a week, sat in the extention with the glass ceiling sun room look - I didnt make a ton of money I dont remember how much it was but it was a good deal
Bk whaler was renamed ocean catch I swear
Troy Smith's taste buds must have been casualties in the war or something, Because I have never tasted worse food in my whole life, than Sonic!!
😄Oh, I remember the Burger Chef! Since the one in my neighborhood closed in the late 1980s and became a Hardee's (It's now a Wendy's or something) I haven't had a decent hamburger from a restaurant.. I've tried Hardee's a few times (NO it is NOT the same as Burger Chef), the Burger King once in the 90s (which was just AWFUL) and that Five Brother's burger place about 10 years ago (which was DISGUSTING and MAJORLY overpriced). That's when I said no more hamburgers from restaurants I have to grill them myself at home to make them the way I like them. Also I have believe it or not never once eaten mcdonald's. My family went to Burger Chef and we all LOVED it and when mcdonald's copied off of the Burger Chef Fun Meal when I was little we made it our prerogative to BOYCOT them forever. That was such a dirty business move and they succeeded all too well thus opening the doors for this whole 'if you see what you want, just take it' mentality!
mc beefsteak
Could never understand the fascination of a double patty burger. To me it was just a mess, the napkin manufactureres had to love it. All I wanted to do was go home and take a shower. I think a slightly larger single patty would be better than the messy two patty burger.
Remember when Wendy's had the Big Classic burger?
Yea, Wendys sucks now.
Who cares? Many more have appeared!
Time to copy recipes
now they all suck
Anyone else grossed out watching people taking in big mouthfuls of burgers, then their awkward chewing motions? Eww, not hungry & strengthens my commitment to veganism.
Nope as I’m eating a hamburger. Vegan 😆 😂😂
Your veganism grosses me out.
