- We made our way past Mayaro to Point Radix, where we had a really beautiful afternoon and made the best beach side Curried Goat. This is a true trini style lime and cook !

Very simple family make thing do any where yummy food
I used to sell crix in those areas back in the '80 and '90s . Man I miss those days. Used to leave Mt Lambert (Bermudez) about 5 am to start selling in Mayaro. Hitting every parlor , supermarket, drugstore from the beginning of Mayaro, Rio Claro and environs. To where princess Town starts.

You could have put the roti on the pot cover and it would have warmed up. I find when you cut a raw pepper at the end brings out the taste and heat. Again a real nice job on the curry Satchin👌👌
