Great video. Have been at a couple of those camps. I found your channel because i was tired of UA-cam caravanner's going where we could not take our motorhome. Glad you shared.
Thank you for the great videos. We will visit again your beautiful country in February and travel by campervan for three month. You are a really cool, nice family! We live in Austria. We don't have kangaroos, but we have very high mountains! 😂
Hi Guys As a guy from Radelaide , it's absolutely discussing that we must now pay to go anywhere. The york pensuila is the worst...... it's a shame we need to not live free .
@seansimpson7245 yes, I agree. Whilst there seems to be a little bit of greed out there these days, there are still free, or very low cost camping areas. Coastal areas not so much 🌊 🏝
Wallerawang NSW near Lithgow is one of the few that is actually free just turn up with what you got no bookings...it's dog friendly with off leash park electric BBQs kids play area a lake with fresh water fishing close to national parks and scenic drives and amenities that have plumbed toilets and hot showers....don't expect 5 star but for free camping it's up there....P.S if you don't like the cold don't go winter and maybe avoid long weekends but even then you will still find a patch to set up....I'm a local and it's never been so full that you can't find a spot with lake views....
We tried free camping in NZ it’s a nightmare! Free camping has become a total no-no in NZ, full of toilet paper, discarded rubbish, people with MH issues, so we quickly gave up on that idea…
Thanks so much for the heads up on the various cheap campgrounds around the country. We're planning our lap in our Jayco RM19 campervan, so this is really valuable for us. @vantripinoz
We don't actually write itineraries, as travels around Australia varies for everybody, and it's just too hard to make a general one. Everyone's interests differ. But as a whole, I hope you got something out of this video 👍
@@campwinnietravellingaustralia yes my parents were there in the late 50s working there and they had to live in a tent. And I was there in the 80s and as well as my big sister and her family. It was great there was a pool, driven theater, bowls club, football and creaket club. I had some great times while I was there.

Great tips! Thanks for sharing ..
Welcome 👍
This is great! Thanks. Was the cost per night, per person or per vehicle?
@MiniLuv-1984 per night. Generally per van. Some do charge per person, and they sometimes charge per child. Just depends on the owner
