2nd boss in Early Access. This one took a while. Just trying to keep up with all 3 enemies was a bit much lol. Enjoy!
That and Scylla is so damn tanky, I'm nervous about running it😭
I like how the song changes with each Siren that's taken out of commission and whether or not Scylla is in her shell. I can completely understand why their fans drown themselves.
And I love it when they do this in other games like okay. Why is music still playing when the singer musician is killed? I just a little b!t©h for music cues
They also sing different songs after you've beat them, they even have a diss track for Mel when they are mad lol

With her singing her boss fight theme, it makes me feel like the music that plays while fighting is actually playing for the characters.
Hades just has his undead skeleton metal band on standby for everytime Zagreus got to that surface.
kinda makes sense considering Zag and Melinoe can hear Homer (the narrator) out of nowhere, they even answer him sometimes
The voice track has a kind of Transistor vibe that I really like

The entire second area just oozes transistor vibes, and I'm so glad because that games audio design is magnificent
Oh god, I LOVED Transistor's soundtrack. Feels like it's highly underrated.
Ashley Barrett (the voice of Red) is one of the background sirens - I can't remember if she's Jett or Roxxy But it's her!

I still wish Hades 1 had an axe with Asterius as one of its Aspects, maybe Aspects such his will be available this time around.
I can see them having an aspect of Asterius, it would be such a missed opportunity to not have it

The weapons aspects are already on early acess (At least some of them) and for the Axe there are Aspects of Thanatos (his scythe), and Charon.

I just now beat her. I about cried of happiness when I finally managed to beat her lol. then I breezed through the whole next level like nothing. the first 2 bosses (Hecate and Scylla) are the hardest to me. the 3rd, i beat him first try lol
Cerberus is predictable, and notably doesn't have a banger of a song comparable to Scylla and the Sirens, making it easier to focus lol
It honestly feels like Cerberus and Scylla should be swapped as far as difficulty goes. I get the symbolism of him guarding the third floor however

yea took like 6 tries. The axe worked wonders for me. Combined with the Hephaestus explosion helps a lot too.

She just hides in her shell which blocks all damage and the singing gets slightly muffled
@beepeopeepeo2645 yeah, and she is always the only one left for act 3 of the fight. I do love the muffled singing though, it's such great detail.

ii love this song and fight, my only issue is that sirens are suppose to be attractive, atleast at first glanse, and this is the opposite lol
